The room is quite spacious & clean, the bed is comfortable, the aircon works well, the TV broadcast is clear with various channels, and the check in & check out process is easy. 👍 Cons: 1) The shower water pressure is not strong. 2) There is no elevator, making it difficult for guests to get to the 1st & 2nd floor with heavy & many bags. Overall the accommodation is ok 👌

The water is slow especially in the toilet bowl. The shower pipe was damaged but not repaired. The tv network there tv1 n tv3 is less clear

Disappointed. Hotel very very old, which is different from photos display. Room was quite dusty and light was yellowish. Breakfast menu not much, dishes served very little and was served cold although I reached at 7:30am (breakfast start at 7am). Stay at your own risk!

Unsatisfied. The bathing pool should not be used. Toilets need to be repaired.

The hotel does not have a lift. Not suitable for parents. The hotel is smelly due to leaky water.

The light seem yellow and the room look like yellowish, give me headache...the food was so so and I arrive at the dining place at 9 and only several food that I can choose from although the hotel clearly mentioned that the breakfast is until 11, imagine if I came down at 10.30
