Saya kecewa dengan management hotel sri malaysia. Yang mbuat saya tidak bisa check in 2 malam yang telah dibyr lunas! Alasan penolakan hotel bahwa pembyran oleh aplikasi itu ke akun hotel sri yang lain dirompin bukan digenting. Saya harap aplikasi menindaklanjuti & berikan saya suatu keadilan.

Comfortable enough for an overnight stay.

Overall the hotel very nice. The receptionist very soft spoken. Breakfast nice. My child like the swimming pool.

Clean room. Clean toilets are just a shower. Breakfast is delicious with fried noodles, fatty rice, toast, sausages

The family room is spacious enough for the three of us. This is not the first time we are here and surely will not be the last. My children love the swimming pool very much and its breakfast is filling. Thank you for approving our request for extended check-out time. Enjoyed watching movies made us oblivious of the time but it was okay with the front desk. Great service, great hospitality. Thumbs up!😊

Nice place to stay. Even swimming pool is not so big, it still be fun for kids.

The room is good as expected. Customer service is good and fast procedure. Can change room if available. But the food is a bit late refill. Which cause visitors wait for long time

Starting with a friendly staff welcomed our presence at the registration counter with an easy and fast process. Eating meals for a delicious and hearty breakfast. The cozy, well-priced rooms and pools that complement the family activities are perfect and safe for both adults and children, as a whole.

Comfortable, convenient room, dealing with receptionist. There is only one suggestion, Pool area needs to be fenced / closed from the view of the crowd / outsiders on the back lane for more privacy to the guest especially the woman.

As hotels in Malaysia goes (especially in small towns), this is better than average. At least it's clean, quiet and has a comfortable bed. Air con was cold and did not rattle loudly. Must give credit to service staff, friendly and well spoken. Ample free parking.
