We had a great time and enjoyed the staff hospitality.

this hotel is located in good location that's easy to find food, market but the room is very small, dark. and has share bathroom that's a little bit dirty so I think it's ok just for sleep

Not worthy of a 3 star class hotel like a hostel.

Book 1, two rooms open, very small bed, shared bathroom, no AC

The hotel is what you pay for. Just a room to sleep in at night after a day of exploring. The service is terrible, took 2 days to get the room cleaned for a start. The restaurant sells decent food, that same menu is literally at most other places in the area. Restaurant staff have no drive whatsoever. The service there was the worst. I even complained to the manager as we were at the pool and they have a bell you can ring and a waiter will come through. We ordered and the guy never brought our drinks. I went and asked him what happened to them and like they all do, he walked away. Then when I asked loudly to speak to the manager he told me that he was too busy--there were about 4 tables with guests. The manager then came and our stuff was brought to us. The next day same horrible service. The WiFi is also extremely poor. The key deposit and 1500bht on arrival. And there is a hidden cost for the pool at the end of your stay although we weren't asked to pay it.

Room is old and a little bit creepy. We were placed on the 5th floor get your legs ready because there are no elevators. Also, a huge cockroach was flying above our heads the night before we left. 😤

The room wasn't nice or as big as advertised in the pictures, shared bathroom when I didn't request that.

Rooms are on the 5th floor, no elevator, very tired, stairs narrow and steep. Receptionist dressed poorly, service poor, not be cheerful. Pipe bathroom clogged Drainage is very slow, some walls make the sound clear and loud. Not recommended for sleepy and awake people. The noise will be heard all night. The housekeeper of the hotel is very open in the morning. Located near shopping and dining. In summary, it is not back to stay.

Expensive insurance even if you return a 1,500 baht check out with a small room with a small couch with a pillow and a blanket 1 piece.
