I had a very warm welcome by the staff, who were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Even though the decor is somewhat dated it is very clean. The only real downside was the room could have done with a kettle.

Excellent and very clean boutique hotel. Welcoming and attentive staff. Located west of city with convenient transport options to city centre. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood which has the advantage of being quiet. It's also within easy walking distance of a small neighbourhood that is trendy with lots of cafes, restaurants.

We were treated like family in this charming hotel on a quiet residential street. Breakfasts were excellent; our room was large and comfortable; and the location was conveniently within walking distance of the friend we were here to visit.

The best or nothing. I had a great experience. I will stay here again. The room was amazing, and the staff were polite and professional.

Really kind a courteous staff. Room was clean and the bathroom was way bigger and fancier than expected. Huge recommendation!

Our first impression was awful as we spent 45 minutes convincing the receptionist we actually had a booking, even getting hotels.com involved. When she finally gave us our room it was the wrong one and there was no apology, just the impression we were imposing on her. In fact, all staff I encountered were rude and suspicious. The room was ok, though 2 single beds put together to make a double and very dated furniture. I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is situated in a cute little city in Cologne. It is situated right next to a coffee shop that opens early and has delicious coffee, gelato, sandwiches and pastries! You can also take a beautiful walk and be near grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, stores, etc. Highly recommend this place!

I like the breakfast room, the classic feel and nice size of this hotel.

Rooms may differ but we had a large brand new bathroom in ours. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved that they put gummy bears on the pillows at night. Cute hotel that is super comfortable clean and quiet. A bit of a trek to the city center close to 45min walk. Not a ton of close by shops and restaurants. We walked around so we got to see a lot of Cologne.

U-Bahn is less than 5 minutes walk giving direct access to city centre and the Messe. Family run hotel with very helpful staff and owner. Would definitely stay again.
