Confy beds Clean!

Great place!

This is a very cute boutique hotel with great customer service and a perfect location. I could see Mulberry Street and all of the Little Italy action from my balcony. And one street over in the other direction is Chinatown. And it was a short walk to all of the SoHo shopping. The dining options were limitless in the immediate area.

Excellent from start to finish. Will stay again

I loved this hotel! It’s in a great location next to Little Italy, the rooms are very clean and the staff are all so helpful!

It was easy to check in, the front desk team were really helpful. I needed new towels, so I sought out the housekeeper. She was also very nice and accommodating. Overall, the place is great and easy walking to good restaurants and bars.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Zum Hotel: ich würde darauf bestehen ein Zimmer nach vorne zu haben und nach hinten ab dem 5. Stock. Alles dadrunter nach hinten raus ist extrem schwierig durch die starke Lärmbelästigung der Geräte im Hinterhof und den starken Essensgeruch. Das Personal ist an sich solide, ein Mitarbeiter war allerdings extrem unfreundlich und hat sich häufig nicht mal die Mühe gemacht seine AirPods aus dem Ohr zu nehmen, hochzusehen und hallo zu sagen. Für einen New York Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel unter angegebenen Bedingungen mit der zimmersusrichtung allerdings auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Dazu gibt es noch eine kleine unspektakuläre rooftop von der man die Skyline sowohl von Lower- als auch Upper Manhatten gut sehen kann.

Front desk guys were so nice

Fine hotel. Room had an odd smell from whatever cleaning products used. Very good location and felt perfectly safe. One front desk person was very kind but another gave me an attitude when I asked if there were lobby bathrooms (there are not). Okay hotel but I won't be back.

How this hotel scores so highly truly baffled us. This is a cheap feeling decidedly average hotel - do not let the glowing reviews fool you. Its location is good - but the rooms are decorated and fitted out with plastic features and the gentlemen who treated us was, to be polite, charmless.

Clean, quiet, great neighborhood. Easy access to subway

This is a nice hotel and the staff are very kind. The rooms are small but stylish and clean. The location is on the border between Chinatown and Little Italy. They have an amazing rooftop. The hotel deserves the rave reviews it has on this site with the caveat that it is not for everyone. Some people may prefer one of the large mid-town hotels where I think, in many ways, you get more “bang for your buck” than at NobleDen. If you love a boutique hotel in a downtown location with easy walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO and other attractions, then this is the hotel for you. If you are looking for larger rooms, adjoining rooms, a gym and tight security then this is not the hotel for you. The hotel is small and the rooms don’t adjoin. There is no gym. The hotel parking is in Chinatown which is tough bc Chinatown is often super busy. It’s hard to stop to unload bags bc there’s often nowhere to pull over. If you are driving to NYC and you don’t like walking with your suitcase through a sidewalk crowded with shoppers and vendors, then this might not be the place for you. Hotel security isn’t tight. There is no key entry in the elevator. Anyone can take the elevator and the front desk is not always manned. I was traveling with teens, including a teen girl. For me, the lack of security and no adjoining rooms made this a no go for me in future. If I was part of a couple wanting a fun and romantic stay in a great location I would definitely choose NobleDen.

This hotel is in very busy streets in the middle of little Italy and Chinatown. A little bit noisy and street is very dirty. The hotel is good !

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely want you to have a great stay. We had a lovely time and so nice being right next to Little Italy. Really comfy beds, good shower, good sound proofing and rooms are really nice. The hotel always smells so good too!

Very convenient area, walkable and interesting. Beds were so firm and pillows were also not the greatest, found it hard to get a good night's sleep. Also the wifi kicked us off every time we left the room which was minor but annoying.

Morgan made us feel at home!
