Spring Arona is an excellent hotel as it says on the tin ‘ Adults Only’ !! Lovely facilities ,fabulous staff, quiet yet easily reachable to the Beach and many many restaurants. If you want a Hotel just to chill with great facilities, not noisy in a great location , look no further ! We will go back again at some point!

At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. Playa de las Americas is about a 15 minutes walk although it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel. We would go back again.

Beautiful hotel and pool areas / amazing food and attentive staff.

The hotel is a brilliant hotel ,good rooms ,food ,location .Everything purchased at the hotel is paid using your room key ,paid in full at the end of your stay. ( be aware drink prices are pretty expensive ,and you can easily run up a big final bill.)

Lovely - UP. A bit over rated and cocktails were awful . Not waiter service and short staffed Could really make it a special occassion Confusing when you book direct and on hotel. Com as different price ranges don’t reflect that they are all standard rooms Not sure why we paid more for. 3 bed when it’s the same size 10am too late for towels and UP to open too ! Cleaners every morning waking us up !

Absolutely lovely hotel. Perfect for relaxing and recharging.

The music room was not well appointed due to the pillars. ( I know they are essential) The entertainment was excellent, the majority of staff were excellent just one or two on reception lowered my general view.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel itself in great condition and very comfortable and well cleaned room. However, some amenities were missing that are included in a 3 star. No tissues in room, no shower cap and oddly no holder for the soap meaning it messes up the area around the sink. Also the safe charge seemed a bit low cost airline charging extra for something a high cost full arrive hotel could easily provide.

Pool area was the only let down as quite dirty

Very disappointed this visit, as we have stayed here before. Entertainment very amateurish, food standards are lower, extra charges for safe etc over the top. used to be two warm water pools, now only one plus a small spa pool. We think it is now a three star when it was a four star. No excuses regarding covid as prices do not reflect lower standard. Staff excellent as always but do seem more pressured especially in the catering area.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are a bit tired but the rest of it makes up for it. Food is great - expensive if not all inclusive But perfect location and comfortable Not sure why they turned the temp down of the pools as we had a few cloudy days at the end.

Excellent location and swimming and spa pools. Annoying and petty was to be charged 3 Euros a night for the very small room safe. In over 30 years of business and holiday travel worldwide in all categories of hotels I have never been charged any fee let alone and such an exorbitant of 21 Euros a week.
