Staff was very nice

We picked Microtel Inn as one of our overnight stop to Alberta and it exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was so clean, my mom couldn’t stop talking about it and don’t even get me started on the bed. My son has sensitive skin and not once did he itch because the blanket and the sheets were so soft, he literally slept like a baby and so did we. Thank you for having us!

Comfortable beds and were very helpful locking up our bikes. But unfortunately fridge was left with food in itfrom last guests!

DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE PLACED IN A ROOM BY STAIRS. THIS HOTEL HAS VERY LOW SOUND PROOFING.

We've stayed here before and really liked our brief overnight stay. The check in was quick, the room was very clean, had a fridge and microwave. The only thing that wasn't great was the overpowering air freshener odor in the hallway from elevator to the room. We are normally not sensitive to fragrances but we found it quite strong smelling. I feel for those who have serious sensitivity to fragrances.

Only thing I did not like was a chemical smell, but clean, great staff, I always stay here

The grounds were in great condition, staff maintained a garbage free atmosphere...the access to the parking lot needs some road work but was good otherwise
