This hotel has been 10 years old but has just been renovated. The room still smells of paint. It is very pungent and disturbing, even though it has been sprayed with air freshener it still stings. The room is very small. The staff is not friendly. Children under 14 are charged 1,200 baht. Breakfast is not tasty and lacks variety.

Very strategic location near Banzan Market & Jungceylon Mall. In front of the hotel there is a highly recommended Phuketruk restaurant.

Room no. In 605 bathrooms the water is always overflowing and the condition of the room floors is wet and damp and is not suitable for habitation. Finally complained and was replaced on the 5th floor which was in better condition.

The staff for check in were not friendly, we got the extra benefit of early check in but it was not given because the rooms were full.

Đặt phòng double 1 giường thì bắt khách ở twin. Nhân viên lễ tân nói có thể đẩy 2 giường vào sát nhau thành double :))) Thứ 2, phòng nồng nặc mùi sơn. Những chiếc ghế còn chưa khô sơn. Chạm vào dính cả sơn lên tay. Do ở 1 đêm và nhận phòng rất muộn. Không còn sức để phàn nàn sau một chuyến bay rất dài. Thực sự thất vọng. Tôi chưa từng ở khách sạn Best Western nào tệ đến vậy.

Good room, soundproof, comfortable bed, location near the market

I stay with infant. Maid cleaning my room at 5pm. Called few times at reception but late feed back. No bottle water provided and the maid ask us to call the reception in the evening. But manage to get in the evening.

Good service and nice hotel 👍 and close Bangla street and close Patong beach.

Clean rooms, okay enough to stay, very strategic location.
