The location was very good with the Malls n Bus station close by. The hotel staff are excellent and very very courteous,helpful n polite. The rooms were ok for the money.The bed needs changing.The breakfast was excellent with good variety each day ,though the other dishes were a bit expensive.The veg Thalia for Lunch was very delicious. I would like to definitely come back to Abaam mainly due to the excellent staff service.

Abaam was a pleasant stay. We were greeted by a courteous Staff and the check in was smooth. The room was clean and included all basic amenities. Any concerns were promptly attended by the housekeeping staff. We ordered some in room dining and the food was tasty and homely. Internet was a little flaky inside the rooms. Overall a great hotel within the city for the price. I was travelling with my family in dec'15.

Abaam is a great place to stay with good facilities and great staff. Rooms were clean, food in restaurant was delicious, staff was both friendly and courteous. Location is great, with the bus station right opposite, and a number of shops near by.

Stayed here 2 nights.Checkin was easy.They had about 30rooms .and clean. Breakfast was moderate with Indian food.Room quite spacious.Hotel facing bus station and the front road was busy.My flight was late evening.They allowed me late ckeck out

I wouldnt describe this as a boutique hotel by western standards, but by Indian standards yes. Room was small but had all the right amenities. Good location for bus station but about 25 mins out of Fort Cochin.

Everything was excellent from the gatekeepers to the staff and waiters. Food was good and served with a smile and the room was clean and well maintained. Nothing to fault for the price.

We stayed at the Abaam for 2 separate nights, 2 nights apart. On both occasions the service was extremely courteous and warm. Our stay at the Abaam was delightful and we would stay there again. That being said, the hotel needs to change its mattresses as the spring mattresses the have at present have collapsed completely.

A very good value for money hotel with very modern and contemporary fittings.The hotel is well maintained and looked after by the staff and management.A good selection of continental breakfast served, very pleasant and helpfull staff at all times.We will return again in future to Abaam.

Pro Very friendly and helpful staff, coffee/tea making facility, location (opposite prepaid auto stand - get the best rate), minibar/refrigerator, good value for money, Con mattress was bad (could feel the spring), water supply for shower was not hot enough, weak wifi at room and had some kind of usage limitation.
