Very comfortable hotel with very nice staff

The property was very clean and they have a great chef

The room was comfortable and quiet. Bar and dining area is cold and not very inviting. Sun is only on the pool in the morning so afternoon at the pool was cold. Nothing close by to walk to so one would need a car or take Uber or taxi.

The mattress was not in good condition room 349. Also room was musty and fridge was leaking. Smelled of mold.

Good hotel to stay

We stay here every time we come to La Paz. Close to Tecolote and the the marina. The staff is always a pleasure to see and visit with. Service with a smile every time!

Is ok but nothing to do with the Hyatt!!!! Ty to the front desk really professional But the kitchen no to good ! I didn't open a voucher so they follow me to pay ! What's wrong I'm the guess I'm still there I'm sleeping there I will not run away! Really really bad! nothing professional!
