Very close access to the beach, but at 19:00 gate was closed, clean room , good food. We arrived in hotel at 21:00, desk teller was unwelcoming, not anyone give water or tea, just give some hotel rules, what was shocked us: shezlongs, umbrellas, towels just in rent for €2 each every day, for use safe in room, we paid $35, we didn’t bring food , water in room ???, just need buy in hotel bar for 4time exspenciver than in any supermarkets, give just 2 bottles water in room for 9 days stay in hotel???. Our vacation was stressful, without satisfaction, we not recommend this hotel to everybody!!?

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Okan. The location is perfect, right by the sea. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The food was lovely and so we’re the staff.

We were on the ground floor and the room was fine. It was largish as it was a triple room with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The outdoor balcony area was also large and certainly better than other rooms. Although we were half board, we only ate breakfast and there was plenty of choice and eating space both inside and out. The hotel is situated near the sea and amongst shops and restaurants. So to the negatives- I have never stayed in a hotel that charges for use of the room safe (2€ per day) and for pool towels. As I was attending a function this hotel served its purpose but it isn’t the type of hotel I would normally choose to stay at.

Our first welcomers Havva and Mehmet were examples of friendliness of all staff during our holiday. Room was spacious and comfortable. Cleaning was perfect. Obtaining daily amenities needed an extra effort but no refusal. Meals were very tasty and set of choices was beyond satisfaction. Hotel is a good choice for swimming in the sea. Shore is very close and there is dedicated area. Sunbathing around the pool is free but a negligible fee is required for the shore. This is contribution to municipality and well worth it.

One night at the Grand okan for New Years Eve . Everything about the hotel was great and the New Years Eve Party was amazing . I am looking forward to booking again .

For some reason I couldn't fly to Alanya, the hotel charged my master card for the 3 nights, not only the first night, and I don't like that.

Spent 2 days at the hotel and was very happy. Plenty of shops. Good beach. A few historical attractions close at hand.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla - Kleopatrarannalle matkaa n. 50 m. Palvelu ystävällistä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet - bussipysäkki hotellin edessä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, ruoka erinomaista. Allasalue hyvä ja siisti - ei ruuhkaa, aurinkotuoleja riittävästi (kenenkään ei tarvinnut varata tuoleja aikaisin aamulla), siivottiin joka aamu (mm. kaikki aurinkotuolit pyyhittiin). Rannanpuoleisista huoneista hienot näköalat rannalle ja merelle.

Hotellet ligger på Ataturk Street så om du har vindu ut mot gaten, som vi hadde, var det me trafikk og aldri sol på balkongen, Be om rom mot poolen/havet! Og perfekt, midt på Kleopatrastranden Rommet var rent og de byttet sengeklær og håndklær hver dag! Maten var helt ok!

otelciliği iyi bilen, en ufak detayı düşünmüş bir ekip tarafından yönetiliyor. personel çok ilgili ve çok mutlu çalışıyor. açık büfe yemeklerin lezzetleri oldukça iyi. havuzbaşı içecek ve yiyecek fiyatları çevreye göre daha hesaplı. eleştirecek bişey bulamıyorum. yine Alanya ya gidersem macera aramam, yine burada kalırım.
