Servis was good, room clean but refrigerator didn't work. Food was good and fresh. I liked it.

Hard to find a restaurant near the hotel

Clean and comfortable, great facilities (mini bar/tea/coffee making facilities), fantastic breakfast (included in room price), easy parking. Within easy walking distance into Luneburg, a shoppers paradise .

Unfortunately I had to find another hotel. We did call with my colleague to the hotel if there will be the restaurant opened after our arrival around 22:00. We were told that restaurant is already closed (21:00) so we announced that will have dinner on the way and will arrive around 23:00. We received info that after 22 hotel will be closed. We should call sister hotel to get code to enter the hotel and get room key. Unfortunately after arrival (22:45) we spent 15 mins of trying to call the sister hotel - unfortunately always answering machine. Then we decided to find another hotel!

The hotel is under construction, but even though we enjoyed our stay. Nice staff and very good braekfast.

Nice stay for one night but too far away from downtown. Clean room,breakfast started too late for us as we had to catch a train early in the morning. Would recommend that hotel only to someone with their own transportation.

Good hotel. Is located next to the city park on the outskirts of Lueneburg. 15 minute pleasant walk to town.

Great little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All the staff spoke English and provided me with free cups of tea when I pointed out there was no kettle in the room. They sorted out my key for a late night arrival and also let me stay in their lounge and do some work after I'd checked out. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. Location is great - backs onto the park, about 20 minuets walk from the Old Town. Would stay again next time I'm in Luneberg on business.

Overall a nice hotel with great staff. I will be staying here again on my next visit. The breakfast was great at well.

This is a great little residential hotel very close to the University. (Three blocks away.) The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and comfortable, the wireless is terrific and it is very convenient by bus or 20 minute walk to the center of town (old town). I strongly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. My two stays there have been a pleasure and memorable!

Comfortable and clean

A quaint, small, quiet and comfortable hotel. Not sure what to expect, we could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The room was large and bright and the facilities were more than adequate for our needs. The FREE internet was blazingly fast and easy to use. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but particularly those visiting students at Leuphana University as it is right on the edge of the campus. It is easily accessible to the old town -- 15 minute walk or easy direct bus ride. Oh, and did I mention friendly staff? Would I stay at this hotel again? You bet!
