Friendly staff

Staff service was excellent. Nick and Natalie went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had gone to Akron for surgery and they were exceptionally Good, kind and caring.

Exceptional

The rooms were nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Dirty. Room needed a significant deep clean to match other Residence Inns I’ve stayed at previously. 5-6 small bugs found. Spiders in corners of rooms in cobwebs obviously weeks old. Staff wasn’t great upon check in and demanded to see the receipt from hotels.com. In the 500+ nights in the last 5 years booked from hotels.com I’ve never once been asked for proof of a receipt from anywhere in the County. Pool was dirty. Only redeeming thing here was the breakfast was decent and the gal who ran it obviously had pride in what she was doing.

We stayed here for a night on a road trip. Location is right off the highway and super convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as we were arriving late. Room was spacious and comfortable. Just what we needed for the night.

The internet and TV Service was out. I had planned to travel so that I could watch the NCAA National Championship Game in my hotel room

It was a very nice overnight get away with just me and my oldest daughter

The shower was leaking out from underneath in the corner with lots of water on the floor, found people’s socks left in the room, cabinets were filthy, nail clippings on the bathroom floor next to the toilet. Floor sticky.

It had a kitchen and Jacuzzi

The staff was very warm and welcoming.

We were disappointed the pool was closed, but overall it was a great stay! Friendly staff, nice breakfast (waffles, eggs, biscuits/gravy, muffins, cereal, etc), clean room, kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge, utensils, living room had a sofa bed, desk and nice big screen TV. We would stay here again and recommend others!

Had a Cleveland clinic across the street. That was nice.

Would have gladly given this a 5 star but the staff ruined that the day we checked out. We had never owned a pet in our lives & where charged $100 for one. Got questioned (as if video footage of us checking in & out isnt enough) As long as they change/take care of this I'd be happy to change/update the rating
