Dear Director of the Inturotel Group, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my partner and I had during our recent stay at your hotel in Mallorca. We booked a junior suite with a swim-up private pool, expecting this feature to enhance our experience. Unfortunately, when we attempted to use the pool, we found it to be freezing cold and completely unusable. This was extremely disheartening, especially given that none of the outdoor pools at the hotel were heated, rendering them equally unusable during our stay. At no point during the booking process were we informed that the pools were unheated. This lack of transparency significantly affected our ability to enjoy what we had hoped would be a key element of our stay. We feel that we were misled about the room’s amenities, as we had every expectation that the pool would be comfortable and functional. We initially raised our concerns with the hotel manager, hoping for a reasonable solution. However, we were extremely disappointed with the response we received. The refusal to offer any form of part refund for a clear shortfall in the quality of our stay only added to our frustrations. We are deeply upset by how this situation has been handled. If this is still unresolved then we will be left with no other option but to put through a credit chargeback claim via the bank.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Its just a shame that its hard to catch a sunbed by the sea pool because some guests still feel entitled to occupy these with their towels. I d also prefer it if the pools weren't closed at 6pm but later. Hotel, Rooms, Hotel grounds, Restaurant and pools are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great for a relaxed time on the beach during the day and a great choice of cuisines for dinner.

The hotel has a lovely relaxing vibe, like a Scandinavian spa. Rooms are modern and very clean, we loved waking up to the sound of the sea. A couple of small points but honestly not a problem…1. TV not easy to use. 2. Towel rack is underneath the balcony wall so hard to dry towels etc especially in October. If the hotel do not like towels over the balcony you may wish to consider a better positioned rail or rotate towels more in cooler months. Great location just outside main town so we enjoyed the walk in each evening. Beach club was lovely. Breakfast options were great. Staff very helpful and happy.

All facilities, great staff many nearby restaurants and a nice beach for swimming. A great place to chill out.

What a beautiful hotel with beautiful facilities, decor, staff, in a beautiful spot. I would definitely come back and have recommended it to all of my friends and family. The food was particularly delicious and the chefs were always so friendly and helpful.

Superb hotel which delivers in spades on experience. The staff are a credit to the hotel always pleasant, available and helpful. The interior is beautifully maintained, cleaned and is just the laid back Majorcan style we love. Yes, you have to queue for 30 mins to gain access and get you bed overlooking Cala Esmeralda for the day... fairest way and nobody has yet been disappointed. Never mind the naysayers, we're booked again.

Beautiful location and relaxing hotel

Hotel is in an amazing location and the beach club is GREAT. The Cala esmeralda is probably the best Cala in Cala d’or. We recommend it

Enjoyed this stay very much! Very beautiful and clean property with lots of pool areas and access to the beach. Breakfast and dinner came with lots of options for even the pickiest eater. The only issue was that we were far from a few things however the resort was able to call us a reliable taxi when needed!

If you're looking for aesthetically pleasing hotel, with a direct beach club access in cala d'or, this is it! Additionally, having such an attentive staff, and delicious food options helps propel this property passed its competition by a long shot. Worth the drive from palma.

Super hotel. Room was awesome with a nice view of the sea. Big and spacious with a wonderful shower and comfortable bed. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The grounds were spotless. Loved the easy access to the beaches as it was the reason for my stay. I did have half board but I only tried the breakfast, which was good. They could use another coffee machine. Would definitely stay again.

Girl is beautiful and well Maintained but in the middle of lots n lots of apartments & other hotels

Cala Esmerelda was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pools were nice and the room was large with a balcony. There was not a ton of parking that was dedicated to the hotel but street parking was very easy and close by. It was nice that breakfast/ dinner were included in our stay but we were underwhelmed by the options available. Breakfast was OK, dinner was very bad. It was hard to find options that were suitable at dinner and one night the chicken was fully raw. Despite this, we still tried to eat there a few times (unfortunately wasting a lot of the food we attempted to eat) and we would still come back to this hotel given that we could find food elsewhere we preferred and enjoyed the other aspects of the hotel. The hotel is very close to a beach but it gets very crowded/ loud/ dirty and there are many other, better beaches that you can drive to. The ocean view from the balcony was a bonus.

Excellent service and hospitality. Food delicious. Did not expect breakfast and dinner included with a different menu every day. Location by beach is perfect and beautiful.
