The service was very good. Folks were helpful. Though sometimes my requests weren't well understood. The facilities weren't great. I had to change my room because the toilet seat wouldnt shut properly and the shower wouldnt turn on properly. The new room was ok, but i dont think it was vented correctly because it would sometimes have a sewage smell in the room. This was especially bad on my last night there. Food was ok. Nothing spectacular, but not bad. Overall, a serviceable and not a terrible stay. But I wouldn't be eager to stay there next time. Oh, and there is no pool at this hotel. The pool is at The Crescent, and guests are allowed to go over there (not the same thing as having one on property).

Very quiet local beach nearby, practically to ourselves during the day but a bit busier overnight. Much nicer than the tourist beaches Without a car, would be reliant on taxi etc to get anywhere else. The service was amazing, the kokum welcome drink was lovely!

Except for check in; my stay at this facility was good. At checkin the receptionist at 1st could not allot me rooms on the sea facing side (for which I had paid while choosing this hotel on line). Then without any further discussion he handed over to me electronic keys of two rooms in 02 different floors ( I was traveling with my family). That made me feel uncomfortable, ultimately a lady ( a senior) was called there and then the things went on smoothly. I feel at first they try to throw at you whatever junk they want and if the customer is not OK with it then only they provide what the customer is entitled to.

Great Hotel well located to enjoy the night life

The location is far from ideal if you want to explore what Panaji has to offer. However, it's easy enough to get around and the quieter locale makes for a pleasant stay.

The hotel itself was great and staff excellent. My only complaint was that the wi-fi was unable for our entire stay (4 nights). We had to use Jionet, which only allowed 1GB per activation and requires a phone to connect. As we had 3 devices to connect (and only 2 phones), that became increasingly irritating and such a hassle for such a highly regarded hotel. The bed spread also had a small tear in it and the water hose to wash after using the toilet was broken, but I didn't mind those as much. Every staff member we ran into was excellent. They were all very helpful in every aspect and very friendly. Sioni, the Friend Desk Receptionist, was also excellent. The staffing was really the "saving grace" to any and all issues we faced during our stay.

Soo nice place and soo co-operative staff. I love to recommend my colleagues and friends to visit and stay this hotel. Near to every big place and not so costly to have any burdne in your pocket. Friendly environment and good location near to sea and sea view is also auwsome

Very helpful staff - the whole team were very welcoming. Complimentary bottled water every day was great! The rooms are a bit rundown. We didn't visit the beach but it was walkable. Not much to do close by however there is a travel expert to assist in advising and organising activities.

The sea facing room which cost extra was not really sea facing. Internet was patchy, cockroaches all over the washroom. Staff was well receptive about the feedback hopefully the issues would be fixed. But the stay was disappointing.

Little far from the main city so transport is a bit tough especially at night. Nice beach close by.
