Enjoyed staying here, suitable for those who need a location near UGM or UNY with a quiet area.

The check-in process was very easy, and the staff was very friendly and informative. The environment was safe and comfortable, and security was also a priority for the staff.

There were blood stains on the sheets and the shower heater sometimes worked, sometimes didn't.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is close to Malioboro, but the hotel needs to be repainted to make it cleaner. The mattress could also be replaced because the pillows are hard and too high. The soto near the hotel is delicious and cheap. I don't have any photos of the hotel.

What I like to stay in this place is the location. The location is nearby to the city center, less than 5 minutes walking distance to the shopping mall, 1 to 2 minutes walking distance to nice restaurants.

The location is close to the city center, many culinary places around the inn out of the alley a little. The atmosphere is calm. Friendly staff, cold AC, Hot water works only low pressure. The room I chose, the bed is an old model, the mattress is also not comfortable, the pillows are starting to flatten. Hopefully in the future it can be improved for cleanliness & room lighting. Always be successful.

1. 5 days stay, not a single day the room was cleaned. 2. There are no facilities such as a kettle for cooking hot water. 3. There are no drinking glasses.
