Nice location, however room and sheets were not really clean, and shower barely works.

More of a Family friendly hotel. Not suitable for solo or couple travel. Way too noisy

Manuel was kind and helpful in arranging tours and giving me helpful information. The breakfast is in the restaurant attached to the hotel.

The staff was ver kindly, we ordered a standard room, but got upgraded to the ocean view room, And also connected two tours for us, walkable to the restaurant and the beach, only take 12 minutes walking from the bus terminal

Bonito hotel con buenas instalaciones y buena limpieza. Lo que mejoraría es la presión del agua en las duchas, pero en general, muy buena ubicación e instalaciones.

We paid for a seafront balcony and it was truly worth it. Amazing views over the sea and harbour and a lovely sunset. The room was adequate. The breakfast is freshly made scrambled egg, bread, coffee and juices.

Clean and friendly staff. Sent laundry in the morning still not done next morning and we were leaving had to give back to us wet as we had a bus to get.

On the website they've put nice pictures of the rooms, but when you're finally there it was disappointing. The curtains were dirty, the watertap was broken and the bed was to hard to sleep on. The only positive thing i could think of was that the view outside was nice.

A fairly basic hotel okay for a night or two whilst in Pacaras. Excellent location being right on the sea front and central to all restaurants and bars. Clean but basic room, worth getting the sea view rooms with balcony. Had an issue getting hot water for the shower but was sorted out by one of the staff. Allowed baggage storage. Breakfast fairly basic, scrambled eggs, bread, butter & jam with tea/coffee and juice.

Bamboo Lodge is great. Comfortable. Rooms with private balconies that overlook the ocean. Beautiful view to wake up to in the morning.

Service was terrible and many maintenance issues. There is a large block out of the shower wall, where you can see pipes and cockroaches enter. The portable air conditioner does not cool the room, mainly because the patio door can’t be shut all the way when it is secured (some genius put the bolt too far over). Asked three different people for coffee which none brought, while other groups around me were embed full breakfast. This property was $70.00. They have a chargeback incoming, as this property should not be allowed on Orbitz.
