Great improvement since the last stay on July 2025

good - 15-20 minutes to reach mahkota parade - have swimming pool bad - receptionist not friendly. - breakfast not variety - room small for queen bed

The hotel room is large and clean, the staff is friendly, the area is not too far from the city center, and there are many food and grocery shops as well as laundry near the hotel. However, the breakfast menu has very few variations, so I can come back again next time.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was good and the stay was comfortable. Ms. YaYa from the front desk was very helpful and considerate during our stay.

Nice stay and always come back. First time trying the breakfast, taste is good, service is good, omelette is amazing, the other just standard good.

The reception staff is very helpful to assign a higher room for my longer stay for a course. The bed is comfortable.

The staff at the counter is very helpful. Rooms are reasonably clean, and beds are very comfortable.

The staff is ok, friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the economy is good, but the bathroom doesn't have a lock so it's difficult to bring the family. As for the food, there aren't many breakfast menus provided.

we stayed 2 nights when we enter the room at first we didnt find that much clean also we didnt like washroom position and door in the room coz toilet floor is slippery water not moving at all. we didn't asked for housekeeping service we only ask for changing towel and drying the washroom floor coz we had a 2 years baby by called reception and they said okay but at the end they didnt send anyone secondly the buffet breakfast is very worse 😉 I never had this experience in other hotels pls don't buy breakfast fast in this hotel

Few staff, hotel looks neglected, bathroom door is partially transparent

Although u book for 3 pax, the towel provided only 2. If ask for extra towel need to pay another RM5 for 1 extra towel..

The hotel is close to everywhere, but I don't like the bathroom in the room that I got, with a glass concept and the water got on the carpet so the carpet in the room smelled a bit musty, the bathroom needs to pay attention to the waste concept

There was a receptionist who was quite unpleasant, my family and I did not like it. The room facilities were okay, although a bit old, but still complete and in good working order. The room was quite small but enough for 2 people.

The hotel room is very clean, very worth it for every penny… It is highly recommended not to be wrong in choosing this hotel and access to the Crown Hospital is also close.
