Perfect. Very clean, comfortable and dinner a restaraunt excellent. Service exceptional.

Didn’t feel safe having the shower inside the spa bath.The exhaust fan was dirty, and there were tiles missing on the shower wall. When i used the toaster , there was dust on that shelf where the toaster sat.We had no lighting getting into the front door , very poor visibility and a safety hazard.

Good spot, room was excellent for our needs and was close to all the places we wanted to go. Great value too.

It was convenient but the noise from the road is terrible especially first thing in the morning. Would be okay if you are up and leaving early also. Maybe bring earplugs.

The room was old, lot of dirt sitting in clothes cupboard on shelf, shower door tracks and sink waste needed cleaning, paint peeling/bubbling from top corners in bathroom. Exhaust fan in bathroom caked with fluff. Went to use microwave to heat breakfast and met by pungent sickening smell. Two soup plates in microwave and when separated found pungent rotten food caked between. Took same and wanted to show at reception but no one in attendance and locked even though 3/4 hour after start time. Left at door and sent complaint re to contact phone number on door. Still no reply re. Have photos to verify my issues.

The motel sent me the after house lockbox instructions but the key wasn’t there. I phoned their number and they told me to call you as that is where I made the booking. I phoned you (Expedia) and gave the information I put in the booking and was told that they didn’t have my booking and couldn’t find it without the reference number. My phone must not have been updating emails because the confirmation email is there now but wasn’t at 9.30pm last night when I arrived. Despite the AI initially finding my booking by the credit card the person couldn’t without this number and therefore couldn’t help me. I then had to drive another hour to find (and pay again!) for a new room for the night. If the motel doesn’t want to help people who book through online means then they shouldn’t make them available.

Clean room, helpful staff. Comfy beds. A lot of noise from traffic all night and each time a large vehicle drove past it shook the windows in the room making it very hard to sleep.

The room was air-conditioned once we arrived. But it was different to control the temperature with the remote. The curtains once pulled closed shon street lights through the top opening all night and day. So difficult to sleep. We left before 10am our first day and put the sign out for our room to be cleaned and when we returned at 2pm nothing was done. The blanket was not warm. We had to us our own blankets we had because we had driven up from Brisbane. There was no spare toilet paper only the roll on the dispenser. Otherwise clean and tidy little room.
