The staffs are friendly, the rooms are clean nice and spacious.

The staff was very accommodating and understanding. The two that were the most helpful during my stay were Tessa and I believe Ethan. They helped make a decision about what adventure pass was best for my child. My lil one was very happy during the stay.

Park it’s great for kids under 10, but should have a front desk employee that deal only with hotel customers, non need to line up with clients that their for water park.

Everything was wet, people running around hotel in wet bathing suits, smelled of mildew, rooms were beat up, no gym, no real outside areas.

They were very under staffed. We had to wait forever to get our food the first night. On the second night we tried the buffet and the food wasn’t hot. So the third night we ordered from buckets and then when we got the message that it was ready, someone stole our food .

Really enjoyed the wolf den suite. Plenty of room, microwave/mini fridge in room. Free ears at gift shop after check in! Download the app before going, willow will help you with anything.

The Great Wolf is an excellent place to have fun, it offers many attractions for children and adults, comfortable rooms, great room service, very friendly staff, in short, it's good to rest and have fun.

Double charged for parking, & still waiting to hear back. The bath tub was stopped up. The room situation was horrible. Did not expect to be right above the loud music. It wasn’t even the cleanest room truth be told. Not enough adult activities.

It’s okay

my room was not what i expected but this was only my first time booking and completely last minute. it’s clean. the staff is amazing. i have yet to have any food but the staff has been telling me exactly what to get lol i definitely know how i need to go about booking a better room. but overall my experience is great!!!! everything is clean and i can’t stress how amazing this staff is. everyone is helpful, respectful, and welcoming. I will definitely be booking again. probably sooner than i need to but it’s well worth it!!!

The staff were easily the best part. They were all so friendly and clearly trained (lifeguards, etc). We didn’t realize the quiet hours began at 11, so that was a little rough.
