Hotel maravilhoso, quarto limpo, confortável. Cama tamanho double king, toalhas trocadas diariamente. Café da manhã com muitas opções, maravilhoso. Escolhemos com jantar incluso e comida muito boa, coisas diferentes tôdos os dias, com opções de comida japonesa, mexicana, bacalhau, carnes, peixes, etc. area de lazer incrível, recreação diária para as a crianças. Funcionários super educados. Super recomendo!!!

Great place to stay with kids, lots of family friendly spaces and kids activities!

Great for a night or two on your way somewhere else. The pool was beautiful and very happy with the buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and some parts of the room were run down and rusty. The air conditioning worked great and it was nice to have a king sized bed even though it was firm for my preference. Check in and out were efficient and helpful front desk. The parking is in a gated area with a security guard that lets you in and out. We had to wander down a bit to find an access gate to the beach even though there are great views from directly behind the hotel.

The service was disappointing, food was good but nothing special . Receptionist forgot to tell us which restaurants were open , breakfast time and so on . Some days it was raining and the corridor was full of water

The hotel is brand new. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was also pretty good but not a lot of variety. The hotel staff were courteous. Overall we were very please with our stay at this hotel and we look forward to our next visit.

Great! We had fun , the pool was great, but great concern about the safety after we left the pool the wet floors was very sleprely my two sons felt and also my wife. And other two kids from family that were there. Food fantastic and the landscape biuritiful ....we certaly be back...

Tidy hotel, clean room with enough space. Buffet breakfast was a little average. All in, nothing too fancy but it was decent and no issues. Setting with the pools and grounds literally backing onto the beach is great. For one night passing through it was just fine.

Hotel was ok, but there is some issues needs to be fixed. In special best customer service. I would rate a 3 stars hotel!

Amei o resort, uma ótima estrutura, quarto aconchegante e área de lazer para todas as idades.

Quartos ótimos, lugar lindo. Mas atendimento nas piscinas e na praia deixa MUITO a DESEJAR. Funcionários mal educados, sempre de cara feia quando pedimos alguma coisa. Sem falar que nos tiram das cadeiras e levam os guarda sol às 17h. Ou você fica sentado na areia ou tem que sair da praia, pq eles nos intimidam a entregar as cadeiras e guarda sois do hotel.

O hotel precisa muito de uma reforma, em todos os lugares. O quarto é deveras simplório para quem “vende” ser um resort. As quadras São ótimas, mas carecem de manutenção nas redes. O suites tem um estrutura pessima, as fotos aqui divulgadas sao do resort, que fica ao lado. Mas, que de resort nada tem. É apenas um hotel.

Contratei o Catussaba Suítes e não me arrependo , literalmente confortáveis, vista panoramica da piscina e mar , peguei a pensão completa e foi a melhor escolha que fiz , comemos de tudo e sem preocupação.
