The room has weird smell and stuffy

Old hotel, very legendary, the aircon is not very cold but comfortable. Thank you for the room upgrade

Don't be fooled by the pictures. The reality is bad. The furniture is old. The bed is broken. Dusty. The toilet is clogged.

The hotel location is easy to find. Easy parking space Customer friendly If possible, arrange accommodation and breakfast packages (it is recommended to introduce traditional Pahang food)

Good hotel, close to the weekend, easy to find food.

Check-in process, cleanliness, staff friendliness, room comfort was great!

This should have been a very atas and luxury hotel 5 yrs ago, now everything is aged and not changed. Smelly room, stains and old bedsheets used, broken plugs, not functioning remotes, broken furniture, room also not properly cleaned as I can see dusk and spiders 🕸 at corner and below bed area.

Afterall was pleasant to stay here with helpful receptionist.

Perfect beauty, very suitable for families and couples.

First enter the room like you've already done it, the receptionist is arrogant.

Sungguh pelayanan yang tidak baik, reception laki-laki yang berjenggot tidak mempunyai tutur bahasa sopan dan bagus, tidak melayani pertanyaan customer dengan sepenuh hati dan tidak berusaha berbahasa dengan baik dan benar. Sungguh mengecewakan menginap di sini.

Comfortable and the room very clean & beautiful.

1St we get a room which the aircon is malfunction and the room is dusty. We told the front-desk and they provide us another room which the aircon is good, but the bed after sleep for 1 night it feel like sank.

I have stayed a few times in this hotel, the last I stayed was in room 205.1. Water hot water shower. 2. The pillow has smell, I had to cover it with my t-shirt (old-stench smell) 3. Reception counter friendly. 4. Check-in & check-out process was smooth. 5. Location is ideal-got Chinese restaurant next to the hotel & its closeby town area. 6. Cleanliness is average.
