Train your front desk staff to be more accommodating & friendly to your clients. She might understand her position or doesn’t know the function as a front liner. In fairness I like your hotel & most of the staff only this small girl doesn’t know how to deal with guest & doesn’t even know to smile, no hospitality. I supposed to extend my stay but rather transfer to other place than seeing her everyday with that face & attitude.
