Good hotel, nice location

spent 6 days in Armidale and this was the perfect spot to get everywhere even if walking. quiet rooms and undercover parking. Large room and seating was excellent. No faults to be found

This is not a Boutique motel, basic only. No restaurant open or prior notification it was shut, no offer of breakfast. It was clean and bed comfortable, shower poor.

Place was not clean

Cotswold gardens is a good option in Armidale. My room was spacious and comfortable, a noteworthy issue I’ve encountered in my room is poor wifi connection and poor phone reception in the room. The walls are rather thick brick so the reception is blocked.

Rooms definitely not in the same condition as appear on their website. Tatty old lounge, cracks in walls, pillows that were past their use by. We paid for a king bed and room but were given a double room plus location on main road made it very noisey. Nothing like anywhere in the Cotswolds I’ve stayed!

Overnight stay in clean room, comfortable bed, aircon and fan working well on a hot evening, bathroom clean and functional. Parking outside room under cover. Good stay!

Comforysble room.quiet location

The hotel is within walking distance of the town and has the added advantage of having one of the town's best restaurants. It is a good location to view nearby national parks.

Room was basic but clean. Toaster, microwave and kettle supplied. I had my mother who uses a walker with me and someone had parked in my park outside our unit. The receptionist didn’t see this as a problem and no where else to park so ended up parking as close to the other car as possible. Control of parking spaces needs to be vigilant when they are so limited.

The restaurant was great - lovely atmosphere and wonderful food. Compliments to the chef. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you

Room was OK but a bit well worn. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Unallocated car parking was a nightmare on a busy night. Size of spaces is a problem as many are restricted by veranda posts or trees and it impossible to fit a 4wd. Especially when at least 50% of the cars are 4wd.

A bit disorganised. A few things in room not working.

Room was nice stayed three nights only serviced the room once. Was unable to connect to there internet as passwords and user name provided does not work. Food from there restaurant was very good. Due to the times that reception is open I was unable to get my breakfast as it has to be collected from the reception during opening hours as I was up and about doing things before they opened I was not able to collect the supplied breakfast.
