Everything was wonderful, amazing staying, very comfortable staying. We will be back again for sure without hesitation, only the public restroom needs more attention for the cleaning process.

I often see it on TikTok, so I came here with my family. Besides the warm, pleasant pool, it makes the kids want to come back again and again. The food is varied and caters to both adults and children, so far so good. Keep up the good work! Hopefully, we can come back again.

Second time stay at this hotel. Good location to reach attractive place with family. Warm pool is the best facilities ever so we can swim anytime. The bed only has a queen size that may uncomfortable for family with child

Booked hotel Superior room for 2 Nights. the hotel location near the city center even though located after bus terminal which will be congested during high season. The room is spacious and clean. the Swimming pool is great with warm water, it is great for children to play in Pool. The Gym also great with plenty equipment available. There is also playground room with many activities there

* It's absolutely unacceptable for children to defecate in the pool. The staff are not responsive. Instructions should be given before they can be implemented. They should have closed the pool when they saw defecation so no one could swim there. * Breakfast is so complicated, always being asked if you're wearing pajamas? I don't understand why this rule exists. As long as we pay for it ourselves, we should be free to wear whatever we want, as long as it's polite and comfortable! Don't bother or dictate how people dress! * The food is also so-so! The bread is better than the buffet food. Everything is cold and hard, with no flavor.

Highly recommended💯 Year-end vacation with a large family is the right choice to stay at Grand Mercure, very satisfied. Got a room upgrade with a balcony and connecting room. Request setup room because of a special moment and it was free, got a slice of cake, mirror art and towel decor on the bed😍 Very good service, fast and friendly staff response, quite complete facilities, delicious and varied food. And most importantly clean, both in the room and the hotel area. I feel like coming back to Grand Mercure Bandung. Thank you for the hospitality and best service❤️

Booked here well in advance, had asked for an upgrade to a room with a bathtub, the information from the officer who called upon arrival was that they could help, but because it was high season so we couldn't get it, thank God we got an upgrade 1 level above what we ordered, according to the information from the officer.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff are very helpful.

The swimming pool is comfortable even when it is crowded with visitors....we will visit there again....

I always stay here when I go to Bandung... the atmosphere is nice, the hotel rooms are nice, especially the ones with a balcony and pool view... it's the best... the breakfast has lots of variations and is delicious...
