So, we are a little surprised that these things were included in a review of our hotel. Myeongdong is one of the most popular tourist and shopping areas in Seoul, and it is normally very busy. It is not unusual for there to be many people in the area, especially in the evening and at night. We sincerely regret that your review was based on things that are completely unrelated to our hotel or our service.
