Convenient location

Room was very clean, we were a couple and was only one coffee cup and one bottle of water, when asked for a second first night no problem next day different front desk attendant told us “ I will give you this time but keep in mind that is one bottle per bed” Breakfast the best part, food hot very good assortment staff very attentive. Excellent for the price. Will comeback.

Excelente atención

Hotel was clean room was large and recently renovated the breakfast was good. The staff was not very friendly. The ice machines didn’t work. The ac in my room was not working but it was cool at night so I opened the window. They had problems with the elevators the pass key would malfunction. While I was was in the Hotel there two false fire Alarms and they were loud.

The place is good, specially 1st timer in Mexico City. Enjoyed our stay in the hotel, clean, good staff and good breakfast. The only thing, if you're sensitive to noise, you can hear the car passing through and will wake you up.

Very nice place to stay out close to the Basilica very friendly service and very safe around the area. Definitely going back.

The staff is friendly and eager to assist with transportation and activities. The breakfast was excellent and the staff too

The property is close to downtown and has a metro bus stop very close. Breakfast in the morning is excellent all kitchen staff are very friendly and helpful especially I belive her name is Mary, she takes your room # and make sure all tables are clean and gueest questios are answer. Don Ramon is always friendly face that greet you at the door.

Excelente ubicación y tranquilidad por la zona

I rated it 4 stars because the location is not walking distance to main highlights or nightlife that you may want to experience. It was our first trip to the city and didn’t know what areas are most popular to stay in. The property is well maintained and clean. We just had to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 at a time for a party of 3. The breakfast was a plus. We were not to concerned about the hotel location or amenities as we were out all day and only used it to sleep. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price.

Nice hotel, I’ll stay there again. Only thing that needs attention is the AC, was not working properly. Everything else was fine.
