The hotel is right in the center, convenient for walking around and seeing Hanoi at night. The male receptionist was very nice, he helped me carry my luggage and even bought me personal items. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied, however the soundproofing is not very good, the first night I stayed in the room next door, I rang the doorbell but my room could still hear, making me unable to sleep.

Clean, spacious room. However, the soundproofing system is not good. Stay in the room but still hear the noise from outside.

Hotel is in very good location near Hoan Kiem lake. Clean and staff is very friendly. But when I check out, even I did not go back room and ask for check out, staff open my room, go inside, re-arrange my luggage and clean room at 12:00 noon!!!

Pretty satisfying hotel and quality.

The hotel interior is old, the taxi is long.

The staffs from front desk to waiters are all not friendly. They put a "sigh" face to greet the guests.

Very great hotel. The hotel located near Hoa Kiem Lake and night market. The staff were kind and speak english fluently. They gave us an upgrade room. Thank you Silk Queen Hotel. The room was big with comfortable bed. The bedroom and bath room was clean . The food breakfast were plenty various and delicious. Two thumbs for this hotel...

Large and comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious and comes with a mini bar with snacks too. However, will be better if the odour of the hotel from the reception into the room can be improved with a more welcoming and pleasent smell.

The room is big, location is very wonderful, walking distance to the lake, breakfast is okay, staff are very friendly.
