The staff were very friendly, welcoming us with a welcome drink, and helping us carry our luggage to our room. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to Kata Beach and back. It was very pleasant. Thank you, and see you on your next vacation.

Bad experience. From food being so bland (2nd day was a bit better) to being accussed of taking laundry bag. We did not take it (and why would we taking a laundry bag) and the charge us for 200 baht for this. Super super ugly service from a hotel claimed to be 4 stars.

Beautiful swimming pool, good view, lobby with places to sit and chill. All employees provide very good service and advice.

Reception staff service is very good. Cool air-conditioned room I'm hooked The bathroom door doesn't have a bolt. There must be a reason for the design 😅
