We arrived very late due to a flight delay. The staff were so professional and inviting when we finally got there after a long travel day. They were also very considerate of other guests and lifted our suitcases so they didn’t make too much noise in the hallway and wake other. The room was excellent with high quality sheets and furnishings.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very central location and easy to all about. Breakfast simple, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread etc but enough to start the day with. You can arrange to have breakfast early if you have a very early start if doing any day trips. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, clean, close to the main plaza and restaurants, continental breakfast with basic items, enough to make you full. Friendly staff, will stayed there again.

Everything is great. All staff were really friendly and efficient. The room was a good size with a king size comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked very well. Shower was in a bathtub, however, the water pressure was amazingly strong. There was a great patio attached to the room. The location is superb 100 meters from the main square. This place is a great stay.

Excellent hotel and services

This hotel is beautiful! Just 1 block off the square, it's convenient and also quiet/private. We arrived late and Alejandro could not have made us feel more welcome - giving us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and helping with our taxi arrangements. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are lovely and we would stay there again without hesitation!

Balcón de la Plaza is so beautiful and peaceful yet steps away from the vibrant plaza! My room was impeccable and included a lovely bath and private patio shared with only one other guest. Truly the loveliest place to stay and relax in Salta!
