Great breakfast!!

Property was clean, service and staff was excellent

The staff were friendly and the meals were good. The area around the hotel was not clean but the hotel grounds were clean and the pool was well maintained.. Our room faced the city which was very noisy with road traffic throughout the night. Recommend an interior room that faces the pool to help decrease the road noise.

Very clean place

Lovely location, clean and modern property.

Overall, the property was nice. The room, food, and staff were good. The Concierge services were poor. Books and an expensive event, then they changed the date to our last day there, and put us into a car that should have been headed to the salvage yard, not the national park. After a few minutes, we insisted that the driver return us to the hotel. After refusing to allow us to speak with management, we were given a partial refund. Disappointing is an understatement!

Decent property. The service and pool area are great. Overall location is good and lots of monitored parking. I would return . Only complaint is the room had a pungent smell that we noticed. You can bare it but definitely noticable.

Omg best hotel in Jaco. All the Staff was great and friendly, breakfast 10/10. Price was really affordable. The room service amazing, housekeeping was excellent.

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The Soda next door had great local food. There is also a nice bakery about a block away.

Beautiful rooms, spacious. We got a Garden Room with kitchen, washer/dryer and gardens around the pool. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Everything was great! AC worked well, the staff was helpful and pleasant. The free breakfast was excellent, hot cooked every morning, about 1/4-1/2 mile walk to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool area was beautiful. They also had a security guard out at night. Pet friendly hotel too.

Overall clean and very organized. The only thing that didn’t make too much sense were prices. The good food would be the same

Beautiful setup. Loved the kitchen and full size fridge. Room was clean, beautiful view actually saw macaws flying by the balcony. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was a strange smell near one area of the pool but everything else was wonderful!!

Everything was great. Except for 3 things. 1-shower door needs a water deflecter seal to prevent water from getting on the floor. #2- loud construction noise on the gym. #3- bathroom fan cover fell off. Luckly, it didn't hit anyone on the head. The staff, location, Convience, and conditions were great. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Océano during our visit to Costa Rica. We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was great and friendly. The room was clean and the best part was the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
