Smooth check-in process. Friendly staffs. Very strategic in the middle of the city centre. Breakfast was nice too. However, cleanliness was a bit poor, the bedsheets had stains 😩. But overall an okay stay.

Not bad. We booked family room. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The downsides are the bathroom where the blind fell off hence revealing the inside of the bathroom and there was leaking on the ceiling at the entrance path. We tried fixing the blind but it still fell off because the glue did not work anymore.

Overall was good. Food are delicious. The room is spacious. The bathroom is clean and smells good. The room there some ants upon my arrival. Serivces are good too.

3 star hotel that is very comfortable and clean. A good parking space is also provided near the lobby, which makes it easy for customers. coffee house view of the pahang river, saujana's eyes look at it while having breakfast. I come during weekdays, but the breakfast menu selection is satisfactory. There is hot rain rice, red-cooked chicken, samosa (the best), American breakfast, curry noodles, fried teow kuey, salad and toast. Everything is delicious. Alhamdulillah. Nice stay and will surely come again 🩷

Great to be back at the same room after COVID. Although just a short stay in Kuantan but this hotel is just the best place to unwind. Breathtaking views overlooking the river and the South China Sea at a distant. At night just stroll along the river bank towards the tower. Take the opportunity to see the night views from the observation deck then makan makan at the Japanese restaurant there. Overall we are satisfied with our stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good with local menus and limited western breakfast. Love the nasi lemak and roti canai. Very tasty and delicious. Only comment for improvement: the bed is getting hard may be its time to change ya.

The room above average. All the basic amenities and service is there but the breakfast nothing much and the selection is limited.

All ok, reasonable price. A strategic location for pi sky deck Kuantan and you can walk by the river.

The room was awesome! The interior was modern and clean! I got the room with balcony on top of the view of pahang river! Would definitely come back here next time.

Always stay at this hotel because of the excellent service of the hotel staff. Delicious breakfast with limited options. The room is clean, just the blankets please change. Danger of sharing a blanket with a previous guest.

Clean room. Regular breakfast only. The main menu has 2 options and side menus. The front parking lot is always full. Can park behind the hotel. Friendly and polite counter staff.

Sangat seronok menginap di sini. Kemudahan parking yang banyak dan senang. Keadaan luaran hotel cukup selesa serta suasana yang mendamaikan di tepi sungai Pahang. Bilik kemas bersih wangi cuma water heater tidak berfungsi rosak. Sarapan sedikit pilihan tapi sedap.

Always be my choice when I drop by to Kuantan. Excellent service provided from front office, security guard, F&b team & housekeeping. Keep it up the good work guys!
