Awesome experience

Hotel was in an okay location however in a run down area and is about 25 minutes walk from the train station. Staff were attentive to your needs at any hour. Food is okay however I would recommend venturing out and not relying on the convenience of their food service. Have to request to turn on hot water, which is a hit and miss, more miss than hit. It is very cold in the rooms, and the AC wasn’t working. Blankets were terrible and clearly dirty. Small improvements could go a long way to improve the overall experience. For a budget holiday, it does the job, don’t expect anything 5 star for the price you pay.

Please do not book this property there is no 24 hours hot water, no AC and top of that the receptionist guy was rude and mannerless was talking to a lady too like a mental case. And repeatedly asked me to cancel room at 10.30 pm and ask refund from expedia. Request Expedia to remove this hotel ppl will definitely end up cancellung it and asking for refund.

What the review on the website does not say is that this property is in the middle of the slums of Delhi. We got to our room and no AC. Sheets were used, floor dirty. They had left a pair of used flip flops for us to use. A plastic bucket for use to fill with water so that we could shower. The door lock did not work, so door had to be propped with sofa in room. Every time we would open our room door, guys would come out to see who it was. Very disturbing experience over all. Btw, Uber had to drop off in the closest Main Street as they could access the hotel since it was inside a slum.

Hotel staff were very nice, but the hotel is just in a very dirty alley between sangtrashan and DB Gupta road, from which you constantly feel a little unsafe especially after dark. Very good location for the New Delhi train station, but Arakashan road or Main Bazaar are closer and feel more safe!

Su Shree is at a good location in an alley off of Gupta Road. Accessible by foot from the Airport Express train line. In my room, the sink p-trap was not installed, just a direct line from the sink drain to the outlet drain, allowing sewer gasses to enter the bathroom, and the room. I blocked the smell with a shot of shaving cream on the drain. The alley is quiet, so that is good, since Gupta Road is very crowded, very busy with much honking. Gupta road is very filthy. Upstairs is a very inexpensive, simple, open-air restaurant that prepares very delicious food; for 300 to 400 rupees, expect a filling, delicious meal.

Hotel Susree is a short walk from New Delhi train station and a short walk to my favorite eating place. My room didn't have a window with day light, which I usually like, but even that was good for a long nights sleep after lots of travel. The folks there were helpful. All in all it was a convenient location, clean, quiet place with all the amenities including good wifi- and budget priced.

If your staying here, be prepared for your driver not to be able to find it. We took a pre-paid taxi from the airport and the driver spent 30 minutes driving around and asking directions before we managed to find it (at 3:30 am!). Its in a very busy part of Delhi, near the railway station and not too far from Connaught Place. Some staff were not very helpful, but others were great. No view from our room, and the air-con didn't work at all. Room service food was tasty and cheap enough. The tour/travel guy at the front desk was great and very helpful.

Good location for New Delhi railway station, although not much around for tourists in terms of restaurants. The room service dinner we ordered was excellent and delivered very quickly. Room was very noisy (road noise), but I guess most hotels in Delhi will have this problem. Overall, it's fine for a 1 night stop over, at a reasonable price.

The hotel was clean and the stuff was very nice! But the hotel is situated in a very filthy part of the city, near the railway station.

Good hotel for the price, staff was friendly nice hot shower. The tour guide in the building was charging much higher for train and bus tickets. We got ours for less than half at the tourist ticket office, that was is the train station nearby. Hotel was in a good location

Had a nice stay here, would defiantely stay here again great value for money and staff are very helpful and friendly. Travel service is great guy was really helpful with booking airport transport and doesn't rip you off.

we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. the staff were all very helpful. we got to our room in minutes. it was cold but we had hot and cold water all the time. the hotel is far from the airport. it is in the middle of busy railway station.

I've spend quite some time in India travelling. As someone on a tight budget, I've mostly come across accommodations with VERY POOR hygiene and discomfort. This hotel is an exception. Although the room rates of Su Shree are quite steep (in other words, too expensive) the room was exceptionally clean. A BIG PLUS!! Also, the room service (they don't have a separate restaurant) entails out of a very extensive list of tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner options for affordable prices. Which counter balances the steep room rates. The food was better than at the neighboring restaurants. The location is alright, the water in the shower was mostly warm, and although the 'deluxe' room I rented was really basic (with no windows) it did have a couple of chairs and a table. In addition, the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the hotel has it's own tourist office with affordable trips to Agra or taxi-services. Only real downside was the poor Wifi-connection, but that seems inherent to Indian hotels. To summarize, if you're looking for a hassle free accommodation with good hygiene, food and a helpful staff, this is definitely a recommendation! Despite the slightly overpriced room rates.

Hotel staff was gentle and good. Room was changed from the one booked. Not very well ventilated and even no exhaust was provided in the bathroom. Food served was good. Requests were promptly executed.

I had booked the hotel online for only one day because I was not sure how it would turn out. Based on my experience on the first day ,I extended my stay. Overall, the facilities and the staff at the hotel were very decent. The cleanliness was fine too. The only drawback, which results due to the location, is the occasional noise . That can be a bit disturbing sometimes, especially when a person is trying to sleep or focus on some work. Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel as it has state of the art facilities and is very economical.
