I would be wary of this hotel. The hotel location is great and the rooms were basic but clean with a nice breakfast. Unfortunately when we arrived we were charged for the room, it was not until i checked we realusee we had paid via hotels.com when we did the original booking we told the hotel staff this and they assured us we wiuld get the money refunded. This never happened and we had to go via hotels com and eventually received the refund from the. Not ideal.

nice and clean place to stay on a budget it has a lift and appears to be disbled friendly with a stair lift at front door bedrooms are small but ok with aircon staff which are a family all are friendly and you can have a quick breakfast in the morning all in all a great little find less then 3 minutes walk from hotel just one street back from beach we liked it that much we booked an extra few nights stay

Very basic. Out dated. Could do with a freshen up in bathrooms. But clean. TV only had 1 channel, in Spanish

Excellent value for money, close to beach only 1 minutes walk from hotel, room is spacious, there is no bath, shower is good,air conditioning is so cold , it’s great for a seaside break , would go to stay again.

Great friendly staff, very warm and pleasant. This hotel is in a good location, it is safe and secure and there is ample parking in the street. I visited in January and this was a great value for money stay.

The location is great, the hotel cleanliness throughout was very good and the room was comfortable too. Everything was really very nice.

Smashing budget hotel, nice rooms, super location, friendly staff. Breakfast is limited, but decent for a budget hotel .Excellent Wi-Fi. Two minor complaints, the sockets one was right above my head in bed, it would be nice to have had a bedside socket. Also the TV wasn't well placed for bed viewing.

Reasonably comfortable stay. Stayed during late January so reasonably quiet. Fine for somewhere to sleep but facilities and breakfast extremely basic and also no desk / surface in room for laptop. Fridge and TV couldn't be plugged in at same time.

The tidiest hotel where I've ever been - really impressed. Half-sea view from the room at no additional cost. Staff is very helpful. Can only recommend!

Location is very good, just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Thorough daily room cleaning and change of towels. Lovely hot shower. Did not avail of the free breakfast due to dietary constraints, but did see that toast, cereal, juice and coffee were available. The emergency light in our room was malfunctioning during our first night (coming on and going off by itself) but it was promptly fixed by the manager after we brought the fault to his attention next morning. Good air conditioning. Our only complaint was with the bolster which was dense and hard - we always find individual pillows to be more comfortable. The staff were very courteous, but we're not sure whether any speak English.

Very friendly , clean and modern hotel, lovely big and powerful shower,and the manager was very friendly and helped me source electronics, for the apartment i had just purchased. The location could not be better, it is 50mtrs from a minimarket, the same from the beach, there is a very nice cafe, to the left as you hit the beach, the staff are very friendl there, the food is plain but excelenty cooked What could be better, the wifi in the rooms is poor, it drops out continuosly you have to go to the reception for streaming,or out side, which has a seating area but again streaming is off and on. The wifi thing will improve shortly but even so this is a jewel that i hope foreigners don't flock to, i love it.

My wife and I have stayed here for the second time, and it hd been perfect every time. The service was great, Jose the perfect bi-lingual host. His father who does the night porting, only speaks Spanish. Breakfast, whilst simple, very filling and tasty. The room itself perfect and clean. Every day room service did a brilliant job without fail. The shower is one of the best if not the best power shower I have ever experienced - and I have stayed a lot of Hyatt 5 star. I can not recommend this gem, you are about a minutes walk from the beach and local amenities. Dos Mares is the central mall, and it is about a pleasant 35 minute walk through lovely neighbourhood. Definitely returning here!
