Good location. Everything was good. I will stay if I come again xi'an .

The staf are really nice and they try to help you whit everything i will miss them to next time

フロントの対応が最悪でした。①チェックインで予約の確認がとれない②観光地までの行き方を聞いたら高いツアーを勧められる③早朝タクシーを呼ぶのを依頼したら高い料金のタクシーを呼ばれる、さらにそれにクレームをつけるとタクシーを呼ぶのを拒否される④フロントのスタッフ全員が貧乏ゆすりや舌打ち、ぞんざいな態度など⑤フロントそばに旅行者のスタッフがいて、フロントとの会話に割り込んでくる。こんな不愉快な思いはなかなかしません。一方、設備や部屋は最高でした。
