Super friendly staff, but just better hotels in the area for similar $$.

Love that it is close to Univ. of Arkansas. Very clean, nice area. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfast meal.

Had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and the employees were friendly.

The shower lay out was ridiculous! The door opened in, banging in to a rack holding towels that got wet during the shower! Bad design!!!

We LOVE all Hilton properties! What we didn’t like: shower door seemed to be on backwards and was awkward. But that’s IT. Staff was superb! Again, We’ve never stayed at a Hilton we didn’t like. Embassy will always be our favorite tho!

the tv in living room did not work and the toilet was not secured to the floor very well as it rocked when you sat on it

The only thing during this stay that was not so great was that we didn't have any towels for showering in our room and when we received them they still had make-up stains.

Pretty great overall, chemical smell on the pillows was a little much. Weird break in the bed frame, but nothing crazy.

Claire was welcoming upon check in and continued to check in during our stay. All staff were friendly. The property was well maintained, and our room was perfect.

Clean, updated, spacious, friendly staff, and nice beds.

The check-in staff were great. The desk staff moved us to a floor to be near our traveling companions. They also upgraded us to a suite!
