Very nice hotel in great location in Boca Grande. Nice pool and pool bar. Very good breakfast.. close to the beach. I will go back

Great location. Within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cost was very cheap for such a great locatio. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great property and stay in a safe, vibrant area. Room was ok, definitely a little tired round the edges- could do with a refurb and a deep clean of the communal carpeted areas. Breakfast was ok, they could spend more time on attention to detail with labelling foods. It would seem that in South America, a vegetarian label does not mean it will come without some kind of meat/sausage mixed in or sprinkled on top. The people who served us at breakfast and checked us in (Alex) /out were very nice and helpful.

When I booked, the website said complimentary air transport (search criteria), but the hotel said we had to pay. When I pointed out the inconsistency, they changed their website information but would not honour their commitment. Really disappointing service

I appreciated that it was on a wide street. Only 1 block away from the beach. Good eateries in walking distance. Staff was very nice & accomodating.

I forgot to close the safe with 800 usd, laptop and table in it. After 3 hrs de I came back, my room was cleaned and all my things were there. That talks really good about people working there.

I will book it again and enjoy your stay. Wonderful
