Nice property convention close to restaurants friendly helpful staff

I love this place!!!

The room was great the temperature was very confortable, hot water always worked. There were some loud people talking down the hall at 0200 am I called the front desk and they-took care of the issue right away.

Great place. I recommend it.

Al hotel le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento, las cosas se ven mal y desgastadas, el baño estaba roto, la cortina se rompió estando ahí, los muebles se ven gastados. La puerta del cuarto está pelada. Hace falta mantenimiento esto daña la experiencia.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel MS Ciudad Jardín fue decepcionante y no acorde al precio pagado. Es un hotel muy básico, con muchas limitaciones que no se justifican por la tarifa. El hotel no tiene piscina, no tiene bar y no cuenta con shuttle al aeropuerto, algo que se esperaría en este rango de precio. El restaurante no es 24 horas y el desayuno tiene horarios extremadamente cortos, de 6:00 a.m. a 9:00 a.m., con cambios los fines de semana, lo cual es poco flexible. El servicio a la habitación es confuso: no explican bien cómo funciona el menú, no queda claro si existe realmente y definitivamente no es 24/7. Las habitaciones son normales tirando a simples. Los televisores son antiguos y no tienen Netflix ni apps de streaming, lo cual hoy es algo básico. Las habitaciones dobles son pequeñas en comparación con las de cama king. Además, en el baño había insectos, lo cual deja mucho que desear en términos de limpieza. El servicio de lavandería y planchado fue muy malo: la ropa regresó con manchas, sin buen olor y mal planchada. Pagas por un servicio que no cumple su función. La atención del personal fue regular, poco clara y nada destacable. En resumen, es un hotel que no vale lo que cuesta. Cumple apenas para dormir, pero no lo recomendaría si buscas comodidad, buen servicio o una experiencia acorde al precio.

The bathroom had mold. Bathtub drain wouldn't open to drain, called the front desk several times and they said they would send someone to fix it but they never came to look at it. Facilities were closed. The only window in the room opened up to the hallway so we had to keep the blinds shut for privacy. We moved out after 2 nights.
