Tidak sebanding pelayanan yg diberikan dengan harga yang dibayar. Kamar ada yg tidak bisa dipakai, ditinggal penjaga jd tidak ada yg bisa bantu saat mendesak seperti listrik drop, kemudian fasilitas minum dan karaoke tidak diperhatikan, so berjuang semua sendiri karena semalam semua di hubungi No respon.

It was very comfortable, we had brought grill equipment and a stove, it turned out everything had been prepared and was available at the villa. To Mr Erik, thank you very much for your very kind and helpful hospitality :).

Little bit dirty and not maintained well

The villa is large, suitable for gathering with large families. However, the facilities are lacking, the cleanliness is also lacking, not as good as the photos, and the service is bad.

Clean and comfortable. Good lah.

Location even though it's a bit deep but easy to find. Friendly staff and easy to reach, clean and comfortable lodging.

Good location, good place, the less is no villa guard, we stayed 1 night in at 3:00 p.m. then at 19 o'clock the water ran out, nothing at all, water for cleaning. We contacted the villa from 8pm (the last time WA was still active and then called and all kinds of communication media that we could use there was no response) until 10am there was a response from the villa.

I like the villa, the place, the view but the electricity there, the fuse often goes down on its own, as a result it often turns off the lights and I like to go back and forth to raise the fuse. Dana there are a number of sockets that are not able and loose.

I have business with my friend, now it just so happens that I want to gather to order a villa, if it's a difficult hotel, if you want to gather, use the room, the food I ordered the villa, really suitable and in accordance with the picture, overall I'm satisfied.

The place is not clean, lots of dust. The house keeper is also far from his place. Less friendly who confirm via telephone.

Went here for family vacation that practically included 3 families. Everything was great! The rooms were bright and clean. There's a sense of old and untouched items such as cabinets and other furniture. Bed on the top floor was a little creaky and the bed bench was broken (but hey, there's a bed bench, and God knows we don't sit there, so it's still perfect for placing items). The first floor bedroom was a little dingy, but still clean. Hot water was nice, bathroom was roomy. The stove was a little hard to use, but useable anyway. Stocked dining utensils, sufficient cookware. Sofas and chairs are pleasant through and through. TV has nice channels. It isn't actually far from city, but the terrain was a little tricky and it's in very quiet neighbourhood. Which is great if silence is what you want, but can be a tad bothersome for travels (Uber services do willing to go there; it's just the matter of getting there that wants neat Maps guidance). Located in Dago Atas, in November it was cold. There's no available air con or fan, but the air itself was pretty chilly so no complaints here. Ah, bedsheets seemed clean. Some drawings on the first floor were a little unnerving for the baby tho. Also, there's a bit of a stairs to get to the house. Not a problem, but it is a bit scary in the rain. All in all, we all loved this place. So pleasant, and communication with the host is also very easy. Not too steep a price for what we get!

The rooms are comfortable, good for families.

The bedroom is big for the family, the bathroom is also pretty decent.
