We had a pleasant stay.

Nice apartment and spacious. The location is good and takes about 25 to 30 minutes to city center attractions by public transportation. The cleaning staff did not clean apartment everyday and when we asked them to clean the apartment the came and changed the towels and trash bags only and they did not clean the rest of the apartment.

It was pretty dirty and we had ants in our kitchen. The drain was clogged after three days and there were a lot of drunk people at our hotel. At least the beds were comfortable and we had enough clean towels.

We booked the two-bedroom apartment, which was very big, but that was the only advantage of this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy. Stains on the walls, on the carpet and on the furniture. Crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor, which had clearly had not been vacuumed. The kitchen was a joke. Not a single dish or even a cup to get a glass of water. We requested a baby bed for our one-year-old the day before arrival and didn’t get a response from the staff until a couple of hours before we arrived. There was no baby bed available, so he had to sleep on a mattress on the very dirty floor. The staff did comp our parking because of the baby bed situation, but even this did not make up for a horrible overall experience. When we tried to order a simple cocktail at the hotel bar, we were told “you’re in Austria, drink a beer” instead. We’ve lived in Austria for years and are pretty familiar with the beer selection at this point, thank you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was spacious, but not properly cleaned, room amenities were old and worn out, hotel stuff was not very friendly.

Very spacious for the 3 of us. Good location close to a grocery store and a bus stop. However, we were frying bacon which set off the fire alarm. Hotel personnel checked out the place, saw that there was no fire, just smoke; and we had opened the windows. And yet a fire official came for which we were charged an additional $250; for smoke! We will not recommend to anyone we know. No more business from us.

Well..the staff are great. The cleaning needs to be more efficient, perhaps the bathroom needs to be addressed in the area of tile...it had mold and black dirty on the corners. The carpets through out the hotel need a deep cleaning or perhaps it needs to be replaced. Honest opinion here.

It would have been nice to have the shower and toilet in one room instead of them being separate but it's not a big enough deal to not recommend this hotel.

We could not make it to our destination because of the bad weather conditions.

This is huge!! There is an upstairs, living room, two bedrooms, and patio area. Parking was free and right by the hotel entrance. Will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were nice and air conditioning was appreciated. Breakfast had plenty of options and location was convenient.

Staff was very helpful but cleanliness and tidy ness was not matching the price paid. Condition of the hotel was okay.

All the people that run the hotel are extremely nice and they work hard to make your life easy and enjoyable while being in Rome

The apartment was very clean very well organized the Earth invasion work perfectly as well the Wi-Fi these back of the hotel was very resurface on guiding us through the city. .

Room and cleanliness was great. Convenient to travel to city. Counter staff weren't as friendly or warmth was the taint in otherwise a great stay.

Would stay there again definitely a great location and price

We booked about an hour before arriving and got there around 10pm. We were upgraded to a bigger room freee of charge. The beds were comfortable as well as the sofa bed. It was clean and even had a stocked mini kitchen in case you want to grab a bit of food and prep or refrigerate it. It had convenient parking and even though the elevator was not working they let us use the staff lift so no big deal. The breaffast was amazing with a nice variety for all kinds of tastes. Close to nice shopping streets and the historic districts. We will definitely be returning!
