The room is okay, but it looks like an old building, the hallway is dark, the reception and the hotel building are separate, the road to the hotel room from the parking lot is uneven so it can damage your suitcase a bit. The food is not worth it, I took 2 nights here thinking it would be a buffet, but I only got 2 choices, American or Indonesian food, for the same price, other hotels seem more worth it. It's close to the beach, only 4 minutes away, and it's in the middle of Seminyak so it's not too far to go anywhere.

The place is nice & not far from Atlas.

It was a family outing and the satay was very satisfying. The staff were friendly.

The hotel staff took a long time to respond when checking in. They also didn't notify us via WhatsApp if we left behind any items.

My wife didn't like the initially allocated room, so we asked the staff to change it, and they did without any question. The location is good; there are a lot of restaurants/shops nearby, and the beach is also 12 to 15 minutes away on foot. I tried carbonara pasta using the in-room service; it was bland and I didn't like it one bit. Also, there are not many options in the menu. I faced frequent issues with Wi-Fi too; it was vanishing or getting disconnected all the time. Other than these two problems, my overall experience was pleasant.

Location was perfect for holiday, nearby tourist attractions at Seminyak, clean and friendly staff.

So memorable stay in Paragon Hotel. All staff are nice and make vacation in Bali never forget ❤️

Had a great stay at the Paragon Hotel in Seminyak! The room was clean and spacious, with a scenic surrounding area. Although, the area is often subject to quite a bit of traffic, considering its popularity. Would come back!

The location was good, the room was okay, and spacious, but the wooden floor was always wet even though it was on the second floor. The breakfast wasn't very good, and they even charged for hot water.

The room was very hot. The AC didn't work at all. I've moved rooms twice with no solution. The first room smelled of cigarettes and was damp. The second was dry and the AC didn't work, and the bathroom had cockroaches. I decided to check out 3 hours after checking in. The room was very uncomfortable.

The staff very odd , unwelcome , not friendly. They need new staff that knows hospitality . The cleaner more friendly, but not the receptionist and the staff in front. I actually like the location and the room but nit the staff.

The receptionist staff not friendly, most of them . Not so welcome . We came in to check in, i saw they all on their phone till we said Hi . The next day we went to the lobby walking , not one of them say Good morning or smiled , they were busy chatting. The room was amazing, the cleaner was friendly.
