Hi! I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The price is cheap, the room is spacious, and the location is very strategic. Hospitality 💯 .

I think this 4-star is just a standard 4-star, as long as it has the standard. Because it feels like a 2-3-star rating. I once called late at night (after 9, before 12) to ask for a small spoon or teaspoon. They said they could, but they had to go to the restaurant to get it themselves. Usually, that kind of service is delivered to your room. Honestly, it's a hassle, especially if you're ready to rest, put on your pajamas, and then have to go downstairs again. Other than that, my rating is more average.

The hotel's in a great spot, super close to restaurants, spas, shops, and all that good stuff. You can walk to pretty much everything, even Seminyak beach. But if you're in a hurry, Gojek's always around. Definitely recommend it.

Waited an hour to check in. Got in the elevator, but it was broken. When I got to the room, there were no towels or mats.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's just a shame that the room we stayed in was upstairs, so there was construction going on, so it was very noisy. There were also workers at night.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place looked nothing like the photos, completely misleading. The building felt abandoned, very old, poorly maintained, and unclean from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the staff’s behaviour was odd and unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the price or the trouble!!!!

We stayed for 5 nights and asked for make up room every day, and yes they did! They changed the towels, all the amenities as well. It's not too much, yet it is very comfortable with the cheap price. It worth every penny ngl. Clean swimming pool, easy check-in check-out. I can see the mountain and the beach from my 6th floor in the morning. Less than 10 minutes to shishi and La Favela. Right in front of the hotel there is Alfamart. So no need to worry if you wanna buy something. I don’t mind to come back here in the future!

The hotel staff is friendly, efficient, the room is cool, clean, and the bed is clean. So far so good, the breakfast has a lot of choices.

Breakfast, I chose fried rice, which is generally the same as in other hotels. But when I tried it, the rice wasn't cooked yet. I didn't like it.

Check in took a long time to wait, breakfast was pretty good

Just a suggestion, it happened to be raining during my stay in Bali, so perhaps in the future, umbrellas should be provided or staff should be on standby to help guests get to the restaurant so they don't get wet.

Dirty room. Mold … bathroom and bed room super old and there are mold every (e. Bed room mirror, bathroom). Room completely different that what it post on app. Also, electric socket (for charging) only 1 that work

Great, just access road to the hotel in a busy or congested area, good service and facilities.

not too many photos in the corners of the hotel, on the 2nd day I just realized that there were blood stains on the blanket, the complaint was immediately handled and the blanket was immediately replaced, please tighten the QC again. overall very satisfied because the place is very quiet, the staff are friendly and close to the beach which is very good for sunset, next time I go to Bali I might stay here again
