Lovely Riad, matches the whole vibe of Marrakesh. Room was comfortable and spacious. The upstairs balcony was lovely and had a pool and benches for sunbathing. Staff were lovely and very accommodating and there was breakfast included every morning when you were ready. Only thing I would mention is the hot water ran out quite quickly, it’s fine if you go during summer but during March, it can be a little chilly.

Road Awa is lovely, it's beautifully designed and presented. The only negative feedback is the acoustics made me feel a bit awkward. It's very quiet. In the room there were gaps around windows and cupboard doors didn't fit in frames so didn't provide any soundproofing buffer. Given that people breakfasted just outside my window it felt a bit weird. Also, the call to prayer was very loud at 4 and5am. I think some small adjustments woule make all the difference.

As it was our first time staying at a Riad we really weren't sure what to expect however staying a Riad Awa was an absolute pleasure. Staff were always very friendly and accommodating towards us. At short notice they allowed us to change breakfast times due to excursions. The room was tended to daily with fresh towels etc Tea was also on offer whenever you fancied it with no bill thrown at you afterwards The Riad itself was exceptionally clean tidy and peaceful with the only one regret that the weather wasn't good enough for us to enjoy the sun on the roof. Location wise I genuinely think we were perfectly placed surrounded with popular cafes and the mosque that just so happens to be a very popular places for a pick up point when it comes to excursions. There was around a 10-15min walk to the main square leading towards the souks with ATMS and cafes on route and also thinking about it were mostly away from the hustle & bustle of the main square which was quite nice as it can get a little intense near the square at times. I would highly recommend staying at Riad Awa and would definitely return to this Riad if we were to return in the future

Amazing staff!! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, truly felt like home for the week!! The location made it so easy to walk into the main square of the city but was in a nice and quiet area. 10/10 recommend this Riad in Marrakech.

The riad was so lovely, room amazing, pool great and staff super friendly. Sadly the speaker for morning pray felt like it was in the room and went off at 04:30 every morning

A small intimate riad that was perfect for an anniversary trip. We were well liked after for meals and amenities, including an authentic hammam and massage and a lovely rooftop terrace to lounge in.

First, staying at the Riad places you in the middle of Marrakech madness, but the Riad Awa is a delight recluse from the chaos. It is cool, quiet, and seemingly teleports you to another place. Only 6 rooms, it is pleasantly small but the rooms are set over two floors encircling an interior courtyard.

Fantastic Riad in a great location. We were really well looked after by the team. Lovely breakfast and great rooftop terrace. A peaceful hideaway from the hustle and bustle outside. We'd definitely book again

The property came with several inconveniences: - The shower is not isolated, the two of us were not a couple so it was awkward for one of us to take a shower - The “double bed” was not a double bed, it was less than 2m in length - The wifi did not reach the room at all - The room had no windows to outside - The host did not speak any English so it was difficult for us to communicate The good things: - Beautiful decor - Clean rooms - The location was good

Great location…you’re not located in the crazy part which is really nice. Walking distance to a strip of restaurants and where all the street food is located. Close taxi ride to Medina. We walked there it wasn’t too bad but we enough walking. But lots of cars to look out for The riad is little hard to find at first but it was night time and I think that’s normal in marrakesh. But once we found it, we never got lost . There’s a parking lot just about a 5 min walk from the riad. We paid him 10 euros for 2 nights. We probably over paid but we got in late and had been traveling for over 20 hours so we didn’t care. The man who greeted us was very polite and kind offered us some tea and cookies when we arrived. Our room was very clean and big. It was a little nosey cause our room was just outside the common area but wasn’t a big deal to us. The Terrance with pool on the roof was very cute. Breakfast was very good, the ladies there are also very kind and friendly. Would recommend 100 percent to anyone coming to Morocco. It was our first time to Morocco and loved it.

The staff were incredibly helpful, lovely pool area, nice breakfast. Just warning that noisy given location next to a busy road.

Rooms can be locked from the inside, but no locks on outside of the rooms. There was a safe for valuables but just something to be aware of. Good breakfast and nice to have the terrace with the pool. 6 sun loungers so normally some free but not always. Good wifi throughout

Lovely people and beautiful rooms

The Riad is beautiful and well kept. They staff are very friendly and always on hand to help. The location in the Kasbah area is ideal to get to everything you need and the rooftop small pool and sun deck allow time to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

This hotel understands the concept of service and does it right the first time. It was one of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in for the last 10 years. The Staff added a omelet for breakfast when asked, the rooms were huge and clean- the roof patio a gem.

Hotel was nice and clean with very friendly staff happy to go out of their way to make us happy. We had a day trip departing prior to scheduled breakfast time and they accommodated an earlier time to get us some breakfast before our excursion.

What an Incredible experience!! Impecable service, impecable cleanliness and commodity! Not for 1 second did I feel like something was not special about this place! I will be always in gratitude with such an amazing staff. The location is perfect. Not too close to the noisy center but close enough to see all the wonderful places in this city.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and well kept rooms with air con unit in our room that made all the difference so we slept eell and could keep cool in the afternoons when it was too hot outside. Beautiful roof terrace with a swimming pool. Breakfast served with fresh bread, crossants, fruit, orange juice, yogurt and a local dish. Lovely communal areas. We arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight and was welcomed with fresh mint tea and a very cheerful member of staff.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. Room was spotlessly clean and staff very helpful. Rooftop was a quiet escape from hustle and bustle of Medina. Would return to Riad Awa for sure!

It's good to stay at a Riad. It's an authentic and unique experience. Service is good and people are friendly. Location is superb.
