The hotel is really great. The facilities are super complete. The food is delicious. It's really suitable for children.

Good hotel, next trip stay again.

The hotel itself wasn't bad. However, the service and cleanliness needed improvement. It was raining when we checked in, but the children's facilities hadn't been dried the next day. Furthermore, when I was checking out, I was carrying my child, and they probably thought I was the babysitter, so they didn't help me get into the car. The door was opened for my child's nurse, who wasn't holding the child. Let's say it was a nurse holding the child, is it standard practice for someone holding the child to not be helped? The hotel's branding is child-friendly.

I have a few complaints about the restaurant and hotel service. Your service is lacking and a bit slow. For example: I ordered food and drinks. I ordered 2 teas and mineral water, but only 1 tea arrived, and the rest had to be requested several times. Similarly, I ordered 1 cup of white rice and had to be requested several times. I ordered mineral water over the phone, but it wasn't delivered. After about half an hour, I finally called back, and they said the reason it hadn't been delivered was because I didn't mention my room number. I had clearly explained that from the start. During breakfast, I asked for a baby chair, but the staff said they didn't have any because they were full. But my husband looked for one himself and got one. But overall, this hotel is very good and has many facilities for children ❤️

Fun... but less chilly than Puncak. Just a suggestion, have kids' activities every weekend like other hotels to keep the crowds busy. Also, add locks to the bathroom doors.

The hotel is comfortable.. the kids love staying here.. it's very kids friendly, there are lots of games, there's a swimming pool for kids.

It was quite a pleasant stay. The room had direct access to the swimming pool, there was a mini zoo, and the air was very cool.

It's fun, there's a gaming room, but the coin prices are too expensive and inflexible. Overall, my wife and kids enjoyed it because there are several activities suitable for both children and adults, including tennis and basketball courts, a very large pool, and a great room view.

Comfortable and safe, great. A memorable staycation for the kids, hehe.

Everything is good, except for the swimming pool. The staff didn't have enough towels ready, thus a lot of people including my family couldn't get a swimming towel. Since we didn't prepare/bring a towel from the room, we ended up walking back to our room all wet.

Child-friendly, but not so baby-friendly, especially for families who still need to bring strollers and complementary foods. It's difficult to find hot water because there's no hot water kettle (additional charge). Some areas aren't stroller-accessible, requiring a detour or lifting the stroller.

Everything was fine, but I got a room with no view. I've requested a room change, but none were available.
