The room was very spacious and bright. We had a dog with us. The hotel provided a bed, dishes and a treat for our pet. The shower was huge and had great pressure!

Very comfortable. Temperature of the room I’ve found it quite warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. I haven’t try the breakfast.

Beautiful, big room and excellent staff. Very convenient to restaurants and the wonderful National Park. The only negative was that there’s no coffee in the room. Otherwise, it was perfect

This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff . My wife is a vegan , and after we expressed an interest in dining in the hotel restaurant , the staff in reception arranged for the chef to speak to us and they provided a delicious vegan option . My non - veggie food was excellent , as was the wine which accompanied our meal .Great location a couple of mins from the Plaza Mayor . Comfortable room , lovely old building with lots of character - our type of hotel. Would stay here again if back in Plasencia.

A beautiful hotel in the city centre. Very friendly welcome and there was welcome drinks of water or cava. Bed super comfy and an excellent night’s sleep had. Plasencia is a small city so this is a good place to break your journey if doing a long trip.

The hotel and the city was fabulous. Hotel location very good and they are located right in middle of the beautiful old town. Hotel has own parking which adds to the comfort.

Great location, beautiful building

The Hotel is a stunning building and location is great right next to the main Square, it’s location is difficult to find so a call before you arrive is best.

What a gem! We picked it truly randomly based on convenience on our way to Portugal. What a surprise. Plascencia is a beautiful small city, and the hotel is beyong beautiful. Modern, comfortable, definitively a must if you’re seatching for a hotel in this area.

Difficult to reach by car especially during medieval festival weekend. Very helpful staff member. But damaged car during exit after stay exiting parking spot
