I am very disappointed, since 2 am I have heard very loud noises and rough work from downstairs, no respect for the people who are staying. I have called the receptionist twice to confirm about it but there was no change until 4:40 I still heard the same noise. Sounds like throwing things or whatever it is in a bad way or cleaning up, the point is it is very disturbing comfort and can not rest and sleep. A hotel is a place to stop and rest, we should pay for comfort. From the beginning I also upgraded my room so I could rest and sleep comfortably, but it was useless I paid. In the end, I can't sleep until now at 4:45. Where is the manager, please fix it, imagine if you were in my position, tired, want to rest and have paid, but even can not rest and I want a refund for my booking the next night. Thank you.

Akses Was Terrible , Was Stuck Can't enter to hotel , have 5 access and 4 access is block . The Area for hotel is good for looking some food , but access to the hotel and space for parking is disaster especially during long weeekend
