Firstly, I arrived earlier than expected too much so I probably have to sit and wait for the check-in time by approximately 1 and a half hours. Lucky me!! the receptionist which was very friendly allowed me to check in early as soon as I requested. I felt great with the service which made me relax as soon as I arrived so I have more time to work after resting. Secondly, Somethings are stuck, The power outage after my assistant arrived and ready to work. For a short time, the electricity returned to normal. Nearly 22:30, There are something wrong with the air-conditioner. The water continuously drops down from it to the ground. I called to tell the incident and asked for help from the staff. The staffs come quickly. They check the malfunction of the air conditioner and try to fix it. No more than 5 minutes, the staff assess it cannot be fix in short time. The staff consisting of a bell-man, technician, maid apologized and helped me enthusiastically moved the new room. So somethings are stuck, but still smooth. Last but not least, The room service is nice. I am fussy about eating. They can serve me every I ask. I
