Great hotel that was close to everything and clean.

Room had mildew on side of bed otherwise everything was good

I was in town for my daughters College Graduation. I did have my dog with me as he was elderly and not able to board him. The hotel was okay as i have stayed here many times before. But this stay cost me a tremendous amount of unnecessary charges. They kept my credit.card charged. They charged my debit card and i also had to pay cash each night for pet fee & incidentials. A week after my.return the charges from credit and debit cards were dropped, but i still was forced to pay $40 per night - $160 total for the pet fee & incidentals. There was no damage or no calls or anything made, but i never received my $10 per night incidental money back. But, they have travelers with pets bent over because there is only 1 other hotel in area that accepts animals and their rates are significantly higher. At this point i am unable to visit my daughter unless i make arrangements for my pet.

I didn’t like the fact that upon arrival, I was charged 30$ a DAY for my dog. This fee was not disclosed whatsoever when checking out. A very unpleasant and ridiculous hidden fee. Another way to screw the customer and get more money. Although the hotel and the stay was nice, because of this ridiculous pet fee, I will never stay here again.

The night attendant was super nice and very helpful. The hotel was very neat and clean. Room was very comfortable and clean.

My stay at Best Western was great. Very comfy, well appointed bed. Great pillows. Very clean. Breakfast is free and tasty. Many items to choose from. There were go boxes as well. Nice pool, tables and large umbrellas. PET friendly. Wonderful staff. I would definitely stay again. Aarp and senior discount.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast was hood.

It was very nice and clean and quiet. We enjoyed the stay.

Older motel in fair shape. Beds are worn and a bit lumpy. It is quiet and as clean as possible with carpet. Night clerk was fighting a cold but day clerk and breakfast attendant were cheerful and friendly.

The front desk person (I can’t remember her name) Fadira, I think was super helpful and sweet!

Reasonably priced motel, rooms were clean, comfy and the staff was super friendly. They had a great breakfast too.

Great hotel. Extremely clean, quiet, helpful and friendly staff, right off the interstate, great breakfast, beds could be a little more comfortable but still not bad at all!

Check in was quick, it was pretty quiet all around despite the parking lot looking like they had a lot of guests which was nice and the room was clean.
