Good location, quiet and secure

Within walking distance of shops, tourism hub and hotels. Onsite managers very enthusiastic

This was a huge surprise. I just wanted somewhere nice to stay in Isa, but the room exceeded expectations. The bed was just awesome - great pillows & comfy doona. The bathroom was also good, but the shower head is way too low (and I'm not that tall). The only other issue was a regular thump/crack every half hour or so which I assume was something with the pipes - annoying but hard to rectify.

Very pleasant. Central location walking distance to shopping precinct and eating places. Plenty to see and do. The Hosts were very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Host not very welcoming. Felt like we were interrupting their day, no info re laundry, bbq or pool given. Had to find it out for ourselves and when we went to use the pool they were in it, not welcoming at all, made it feel like it was a private pool, very unusual setup.

Thank you. My room was clean, my bed was comfortable, I slept on single bed. Daughter slept on double bed and she had a sore back from it.

Wi-Fi and fridge not working Only half a door on shower Property was tired and grubby Only plus point - better than sleeping in the car

Water leaking from basin in bathroom not sure where but floor always wet. Air con was full of fluff on grill. Checked filter inside and it was completely blocked with fluff. everything else was ok

The motel was good value for the price. It is a good central location

The shower door was broken, soap holder in shower was broken, not enough towel rails for the 3 people in the room

Quick check-in, friendly Staff, parking at door, spacious room, hot shower. Coles, Kmart & Hungry Jacks within easy walking distance.

Shower rose lack of water. Cold water tap handle comes off . Shower door broken. Constant dripping on aircon outside all day and all night from aircon up a bove our room number 1

The manager help us, she had beer delivered to us!!!!! weeooooooooo But is a great place to stay and is very close to everything.

The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The clean surrounds and pool were a life saver in the heat. It was such a welcome surprise to find friendly staff and good facilities, having stayed in some of the nearby hotels previously. Many hotels in the area feel unsafe, are a hang-out for drunks and undesirables and have poorly maintained facilities, yet here is a true oasis in the desert at a very good price. An absolute pleasure.

Overall the motel was okay, but there were some issues such as the room having a leaking tap. Request a downstairs room but none were available which is understandable.

Reception unmanned during checkin time and buzzer not working. Waited 10 minutes after having to call. Fortunately room was clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and good value. Unfortunately people wandering around car park outside unit during the night, so didn’t feel secure.

When we arrived at the motel after driving 600 km, the manager claimed there was no record of our booking. We had booked in Feb and received confirmation from Expedia. We then had to find alternate accommodation with next-to-no assistance from the motel, and there was no accommodation in Mt Isa at such late notice. We were then forced to find accommodation 120km away and had to drive to and from Mt Isa each day to attend previously-booked activities.
