very dirty, not well maintained, old. TV didn't work, AC was struggling, bath was dripping and it wouldn't stop no matter what I tried. Bed sheets had tons of burn marks, weird stains. Only positive thing about this place was the staff who was at least a little friendly. Even at this price, not worth it, go somewhere else. My hair and clothes were smelling like cigarettes has to wash them like 5 times before the smell was gone even though I picked a non smoker room. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable or uncomfortable it was ok really. I was genuinely scared to get bed bugs.

I was unable to get internet connect in my room despite trying to connect the networks each at least a dozen times. On my first night, I was told the next day at 10:00 an expert would be in to help me connect to the internet. I came the next morning and was told there was no such person. No one ever attempted to resolve the issue. I was only able to acesss the internet when sitting outside. I cannot complain as I merely wanted the cheapest possible place to stay, but I wish they had been more helpful.

Bonjour, Je n’ai passé aucune nuit. Terrible. Punaise de lit. Et pas de chauffage la nuit. Je voulais annuler mais c’était trop tard d’après e-mail expédia ( temps dépassé). J’ai perdu 570$ (7nuits ) pour rien. Est-ce ce qu’il y a un responsable expédia qui peut m’aider à avoir mon remboursement. Merci

One star is too much for this facility. The rooms were not swept and reeking of alcohol and cigarettes smell, the bathrooms were dirty. Faucet and mirror shows that it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Was really scared to use the towels given. The name does not befit this facility. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. Not worth the money

The internet does not work in the rooms. Bring your own towels. Very scratchy toilet paper on site, bring your own if you prefer soft. The non-smoking room stank of smoke. The price is right, though!

When we entered the room, the bed sheets had visible hair, debris, food residue, and stains. The blankets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and unwashed. The bathroom was disgusting, with stains in the tub, residue throughout the room, and even a partially used bar of soap left from a previous guest. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When I reported this to the front desk, instead of moving us to a clean room, staff handed me clean linens and expected me to remake the dirty beds myself. The next morning, we discovered the shower handle was broken, making it impossible for my family to shower. I reported it and was promised maintenance and housekeeping while we were out for the day. When we returned that evening, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was still dirty and the shower still broken. At 10 PM they offered another room, but my exhausted family was already in bed and moving would have required repacking everything late at night. We did not shower in two days! The most shocking part happened during checkout when I saw explicit pornographic content openly playing on the TV behind the front desk, visible to guests and families. I blurred the picture on the television to post it here along with several more so you can see the real thing. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values minimum sanitary conditions, professionalism, or peace of mind.

Bedding wasn’t clean. Washroom neither. Bed was unstable and kept rocking.

Hotel staff were nice and helpful but the second we walked into the room we planned on staying at the airport. Where to begin… the curtains have burn stains, as well as the bed and we didn’t have any sheets just a fleece blanket, comforter and pillows so old that they looked like my granny’s tea bag. The towels had pick lipstick still on them… and the smell is horrible! The only reason why we stayed the night was because it was F1 Weekend and we had no where to put our bags. We’ve also had to heat wash our clothes because I’m pretty sure they had bed bugs. …. And someone dropped their drugs in parking lot.

The write-up on hotels.com said “renovated rooms”. Certainly not the one we stayed in. This motel was built in 1967. Everything looks like it is that old. I was completely misled by the write-up. To give this awful dumb one star is an insult to all other one star motel. I have never stayed in a worse motel.

I thought that I was making a reservation for a non smoking room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no remote control for the TV. Bathtub was dirty.

The bed was comfortable. The fridge was cold. The switches worked. I stay here whenever I travel through Montreal, it's good for a one-nighter and I sleep reasonably well. The place is "tired" (years beyond needing updating) but it's good to sleep at, and that's all I wanted.
