The Room was very clean , The Hotel is very good located ( with free parking slots) . I had a Great stay !

Friendly staff, light breakfast included, on-site parking, that's it. Room (107) in bad shape (needs more than a paint job), old and stained carpet, some hair in the bathtub (not mine, I'm bald), no boot tray for winter boots, I could go on but there's no point really. Expensive for what it was.

The room was really clean. The bathroom was so immaculate it looked like it had recently been renovated. Staff was friendly at check-in and helpful throughout. There were just a couple of hiccups. Even though I selected the option of paying upon arrival, the credit card was charged for one night. The hotel said that was their policy. Please reflect this accurately on the Expedia website. Also, one morning, the last two bagels had mold on them. It was quickly rectified when I notified staff and they were replaced. One suggestion I would make is either replace or steam clean the hall carpets. They were worse for the wear.

Room with the hot tub with jet work great and was clean. Everything was great but the little breakfast in the kitchen was mostly expired food. Like you can see the mold on the bread and the expired date on the food.

Hotel is quiet and responsive to tenants requests. It is in a good area with a lot of amenities.

Generally just fine. The washroom was quite nice actually though, good work on tilework, new and clean. Sofa a bit used though. Breakfast pretty basic for a continental could have been better. Hair dryer needs to be replaced or circuit checked.

Staff was helpful

Woman was harrassing the lady in the office. Screaming, swearing, threatening and insulting, then came outside and was screaming and swearing and very aggressive towards my family and any other people nearby for at least 1/2 hr. Instead of being asked to leave she was given a room. Staff were helpful with other questions and support needed throughout our stay. Carpet and walls were not clean.

Was good, fair rate, easy to deal with staff but there was a odor in the room like mildew or something. Once I sprayed it wasnt so bad but that would be my only complaint

The hotel is terrible… Our beds had women’s hair all over them when we checked in, but the staff was really nice and quickly changed everything when we told them — they were genuinely apologetic. That said, the bedsheets and pillow covers have definitely seen better days and are long overdue for retirement, though it seems management hasn’t realized that yet. The hair dryer only made noise but didn’t blow any air, and in the morning the flush stopped working. To top it off, the water pressure dropped completely while my partner still had shampoo in their hair — what a nightmare! The only good thing I can say is that they offered a free electric vehicle charging point, which was helpful. The staff themselves were lovely — honestly, they’re the ones holding the place together. But overall, it’s definitely not worth $200 a night. I’d appreciate a refund
